W are not planning to leave ECOWAS, and we are not join the EU.
We do not call ourselves the Caribbean we've been dubbed by European tourists as the new Caribbean because they now do not have to fly as many hours to get the Caribbean experience(i.e beach, weather etc.) And we are not monkeys.

Nope not true Cape Verde is a small country of about 400,000 it did not forget its neighbors nor was it told to forget its neighbors but it cannot handle an influx of millions of migrants, It would be suicide, What really needs to happens, the countries that have many of these migrants need to dump their selfish greedy leaders who are mostly to blame for their situations.

false, Cape Verde is probably among the top 5 places in Africa to live . The Quality of life index is probably the highest in West Africa. We currently have the one of the highest GDP in Africa.
We economy is one of the fastest growing in Africa thanks to our natural resources, our people.
We are also expanding in the area of renewable energy and financial services.
