If only people can be serious with studying the same way they get serious with criticizing school, we wouldn't have all these fake stories.

That story is fake with no iota of truth. I can bet my everything
the person is here on nairaland but will not talk. What I said is a complete truth, know about yourself and stop defending what is not. We will meet in ui

[quote author=smartograpy post=63960103]: I am waiting on the information dearly

Happy and blessed 1st Sunday of the year to you and family. At the meeting with VC on Friday,January 5, he apologised for the delayed process of the Admission. He attributed it to the strike and the new process of admission introduced by JAMB for the 1st time.He said JAMB has set a deadline for admission to be concluded this month.I am putting pressures on admission office, though they have shown me the VC List last Friday when I went there. Which confirms that it is JAMB we are waiting for.Let us keep praying.

MrHistorian:

Let me be as pragmatic as possible.

You have a very very slim(if not zero) chance of securing admission.

★Your aggregate is below the 55 benchmark stated for aspirants of the non-science departments applying for COC.

★The Course you changed to(Human Kinetics) is most likely the choice of course for Law and CLA rejectees with intimidating aggregates like 64,66,68 which further shrinks whatever feeble chance you might even hope for.

My humble and brotherly advice for you is to quickly register for the forthcoming UTME so you can have more than sufficient time to prepare ahead since your score has a stake in deciding your admission.

And I'm sorry if my response appears too hostile. . .I can't feign confidence in your admission when I know you stand no chance.
I know someone whose aggregate is 52 and has already been admitted by caps to sociology. Initial course is economics

Ui need more aspirants to change to science courses,to fill up their quota as instructed by jamb. Those aspirants if they have good GP in 200l will be changed to pharmacy. That is why change of course is back on the dashboard.

UI ADMISSIONS UPDATE

This is to inform candidates that recommendation for admission will be based on the aggregate score obtained from JAMB score and Post UTME score.

The JAMB score and Post UTME score will be scaled down to 50 each and the summation of the scores is the aggregate score. Candidates are therefore advised to check their dashboard for their aggregate scores.

This applies to only candidates who scored 50 and above in the Post UTME screening.
Thank you.
