But again, as much as Wike is an arrogant silly egoistic chump, why is Burutai quick to release a statement? Why hasn't he made a statement against bandits and insecurity in the country then he is quick to release about this incident Good question. The land in dispute is large enough to accommodate as many retired officers as possible. A toad is not seen running in the day time.. |

The bitter truth is that absolutely nothing will happen to the said officer as a matter of fact he has been seen to be a priceless national hero and as it stands Tinubu will not truncate his second tenure because of Wike's tantrum anything of any kind that will happen to this strong and fearless veteran will spark out aggressive national discuss so he should thread with caution and bow down to absolute power corrupts absolutely! Tinubu’s policies remove people from poverty in 2 years? What an absurd statement.

SmartPolician: I regret not investing in bitcoin in 2018. At the time, just a few Nigerians knew what crypto was. One BTC was just $3k at the time.
I wrote ICO white papers for many foreign companies, earning up to $500 per paper. Because I was scared of pump and dump, I didn't invest in cryptos. Today, one BTC is over $100k (in less than 10 years).
Thankfully, I know another technology that will change the future and want to invest a significant amount in it now. Don't bother to ask me because I won't tell you. I'm just psharing my thoughts on the topic. I regretted not mining Bitcoin for free in 2009, I had the opportunity but I was ignorant. I started it, but later dumped it. Now a Bitcoin is worth over $100k. I have invested in other technologies but regrettably none is like Bitcoin. |

State police or not, the insecurity have lingered unnecessarily. Since all options have been exhausted, why not give the state policing a chance instead of outrightly debunking it. We practice a federal system just like the Americans, they have the FBI, CIA, county sheriff's and many other security outfits. Security can never be too much so long as it rids the system of criminality. The idea that governors will use the state police to its own advantage is a secondary matter compared to the level of insecurity that is ravaging the north central. The issue of state police is long overdue, these charlatans should be ignored, they have no connection with their constituents, and should not be in a better position to speak to the majority. They live in abuja and only come on air to speak at the next strike. Every Nigerian that is a victim of this carnage either directly or indirectly will tell you that the state police is long over due. |

Please allow Nigerians to muster the little peace that they have. Don't come around with your cheap propaganda and scatter the little peace there is. If the economy is improving, it will be felt in the streets. How can prices of things be this high and yet you have the effrontery to say the economy is stabilizing. As at 2014, # 350 000 can afford you a car. In 2025. The same car that you can afford for 350k in 2014 is sold for $3.5million. You don't need to spill out stats. This is outright extortion. To think that this buses are driven on CNG haba! The idea behind this is to cushion the effect of subsidy removal, so what if the buses are fully air conditioned? Plateau State has 30 of this buses driven on man diesel, each drop is #200. A Lot of workers had to abandon their private vehicles to plight the metro buses. In Jos people are no longer feeling the impact of this fuel subsidy removal on transportation, that I can vouch for. Please as much as the initiative is a brilliant one, the enugu state government should help the masses, by reducing the fair. |

IGBOSON1: You're travelling in airconditioned comfort so don't expect the prices to be unrealistically too low beyond what they used to be! It's money they used to acquire all this, so they can't be seen to be throwing it away with unrealistic pricing. I gather students, kids and the elderly will get discounts on the prices of their tickets so i think that's enough of a concession to make. haba the price is unrealistic now. These buses are CNG driven. The intension is to reduce the suffering of the masses and not to add to it. In Jos the government acquired 30 luxury buses driven by man diesel. The charges are #200 for every drop. This is what subsidy removal should look like and not the extortion going on in enugu. Permit me to say that the buses in Jos are fully air conditioned and wifi available too. |

Foreign Affairs › Re: Ghana Retrieves Bodies Of Officials Killed In Military Helicopter Crash by LongT(m): 5:22pm On Aug 08, 2025 |
foodlum: Reports confirmed all the victims were on that flight to go and attend an event intended to tackle the menace of illegal mining in some parts of Ghana. It is no surprise that their helicopter crashed. That was no accident. That was an elimination, perfectly executed by the powerful foreign interests sponsoring the armed and violent terrorist groups (masquerading as bandits/herdsmen, ISWAP, Boko Haram all across the Sahel and many West African countries) in order to violently seize and control their mineral rich territories, illegally mine the mineral resources therein and siphon them overseas.
Among these foreign interests are also the GMO foods multinational entities sponsoring the terrorists slaughtering farmers in farming communities all over Nigeria with the goal of eradicating organic farming/farmers and replacing them with multinational corporations controlled GMO farming systems (hello Bill Gates, hello Monsanto....) that will make Nigerians 100% dependent on and enslaved to genetically manipulated foreign food supply. These powers are immensely wealthy, very violent and will kill anyone who stands in their way or attempts to frustrate their objectives.
Ask the late Nigerian Chief of Army staff who also died in a mysterious air crash. Dude had discovered that the terrorism sweeping across Nigeria is neither religious jihad nor ethnic rivalry but sponsored foreign subversion of Nigeria. He had identified the local collaborators and was working to root them out and shut down the terrorist attacks. Before he could succeed, he was assassinated by air crash. The story is long and convoluted. These forces have almost finished capturing and destroying all Nigeria's breadbasket region farmlands and farmers. No wonder food and agro-produce is becoming scarce and horrendously expensive in that country. The strategy is simple: artificially create excruciating hunger and food scarcity in the country. Starving Nigerians will then eagerly embrace and welcome any food supply solution. In comes the multinational GMO entities with their high yield but non-replantable seedlings engineered to destroy organic crops, organic farmlands, alter human genomes, kill the population slowly....and so forth. A lot of nairalanders will think you are speaking gibberish, there is more to this neocolonialism than meets the eye. My fear is for Burkina faso president. They try to eliminate any African that tries to stand in their way.. Gaddafi, kwame Nkrumah, Steven Beko, Sani Abacha, etc etc. The way forward is African unity, they'll continue colonizing us and syphoning our God given mineral resources when we are not united. |

I thank God plateau state is not among the listed states. The truth is that plateau state governor is a visionary leader just like PO. What Nigeria lacks is leadership, and any serious leader that wants to truly change the narrative can do that in less than four years. It is not rocket science, it is about the person that wields or call the shot, you cannot give what you do not have. There are two divides to leadership, good or bad. I am glad my governor falls on the good side, if yours happen to fall on the other side there is nothing you can do about it for now, wait till 2027 to do the needful. You might be lucky to get a visionary one like mine. |
