I remembered the caption on the news watch magazine 1987. "Nigeria oil rich but poor people". We are a nation of greedy, wicked and gluttonous people. We can sell our country without remorse. All this problems are caused by just a few individuals with foreign contacts. Twisting and turning this nation that is richly blessed to never realise its potential. What will happen if Nigeria government should automatically put a stop to crude oil sell and importation of petrol- nothing! We have been made hopeless by our leaders and their foreign collaborators. I applied for AG-SMIES NIRSAL Agric loan paid a whooping sum of #10k for the 3 day seminar plus transport. At the end none of the 140 of us that participated got the loan. We completed every available task that will ensure that we get the loan. We wrote business plan which was turned down and instead referred to some individuals to write in our stead for #5k. We were real. If the govt had considered us by now we would have lifted some people out of poverty with job offers. None of us secured the loan, i know that because we formed a whats app group to be communicating every development. All of us that participated were jos resident. We were only awarded a certificate by SMEDAN at a cost of #500. I had a wonderful plan to start a livestock feed production business. All we kept hearing is the news of some non deserving individual that got the loan that did not participate in the seminar. It is rather unfortunate that our government does give do proper monitoring and supervision to ensure that such packages get to the right people. I pray they will be able to recover all monies that are in wrong hand to recycle back. Perhaps this administration will do differently so that some of us that are serious will be able to access such loans.

The war is important to Nigeria because it will enable us to complete the mega gas pipe line project to Europe. This is a war that is shrouded in secretes. The more you look the less you understand. Russians supported the military junta in Niger in order to put a stop to gas pipe line to Europe. Russia is the major supplier of gas to Europe. But with the economic sanctions on it by many European countries due to ukranian war, gas supply will have to come through alternative source
which is from Nigeria. Niger is a major route through which gas pipe lines can go to Europe, without which the project will suffer.
