His promises are dead on arrival. A child cannot fight his father. For back stabbing tinubu, it shows he is not loyal. Coming back again is to cover up the atrocities being committed by Buhari. A candidate with a different political ideology is what we need. Voting apc again will be a callous mistake. |
The real game have started! The PDP is in between the devil and the deep blue sea. If the presidency should be scaled between the north and the South, on the basis of fairness it should be zoned to the South. But on the basis of winning the 2023 seat which should be the prerogative of all well meaning democrats. As much as zoning is integral and constitutional, my take on the issue is that winning the presidency, which is the ultimate goal, must not be left at the mercy of such indices as zoning. Hard as it may seem, if zoning will not give PDP the most sought after seat in the country, should losing suffice because it is the right thing to do? Winning should be the ultimate goal regardless of which zone it emerges from. The country is in a comma and needs to be resucitated. Resucitation is the first thing that should come to minds of all well meaning democrats before anything else. The PDP should appropriate minor set backs and take cues from the larger picture. There is no conflict or disagreement that cannot be mediated through the power of negotiation. PDP needs to get it right now or never. |
Haba haba haba. Have a re think bro. Even you can challenge Buhari that has power. Parachoko: |
It is with a broken heart and a deep regret for being a Nigerian that I am replying this, after having gone through various comment on the said issue, it now dawn on me that our politicians will always have a field day turning our heads upside down and inside out. It is we that gives them the onus to do what they Do, then in turn we cry foul. How can we still at this critical hour forget so soon the lesson learned in the last seven years of misrule? Haven't we learned enough? Tribalism, Nepotism and the likes have be cloud our rethinking process. We should be critical in our thoughts in order not to miss the opportunity to approve a better alternative to all this vicious cycle of crooks, that have enslave us in our father land.We should be looking out for credibility, uprightness and the fear of God in the qualities of our leaders. There is a lot of work to be done, and dwelling on such parochial sentiments of zoning, tribalism, Nepotism and religion, will never help us. When it comes to sharing our common patrimony this people( politicians) only understand one language 'NIGERIA'. We can only be dumb if we allow this people to play with our intelligence again. Eight years is not eight months. Let's drop our differences and elect a leader outside of this relics of a dying generation. |

This is subsidy removal in disguise. There is no how the country will survive without subsidy removal. The government is in between the devil and the deep blue sea. Saying that subsidy removal is suspended is a subterfuge. |
At the end , It is the tribalism that kills us the more. nonxo007:Tribalism is what kills us. |
This is an excellent achievement. Atleast we all know where our m9ney is going. Most times the impact of a leader is not felt immediately till he vacate office. The m25 jets will support the Tucano in mop up operations. Iswap and bokoharam will soon be under greater control if not eliminated. When insecurity is brought under control, then real development will begin. I know there is hope for Nigeria . With the signing into law the petroleum Industry bill, the electoral reform which will soon be signed. I think there is a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. |

Don't quit, just regulate it. It's abuse, is what leads to finding alternative means of getting high which eventually becomes a problem. Take a little once in a while. Das1mama: |
Aboki or no Aboki when it is time to share the national cake, the only language they know is that our national heritage is a cow that must be milked dry. So they come with spoons, daggers and all manner of tools to milk us dry. They are more Nigerian than you when it comes to sharing . tempest01: |

Some years back in kano a reknown business man paid some thugs to dump refuse on the rail track. The train eventually got stucked on hitting the mound. This selfish effort sabotaged the relentless effort of government trying to revive the moribund rail transport system then. Same should not be allowed to happen again. Consider all the odds, and it will relief you to know that it is a planned work and not an accident. All dangote trucks and goods are insured. The train and it's tract got damaged and will take time to fix, haulage becomes stalled and remains the exclusive preserve of truck owners. |
If you ask me, i will tell you that some Nigerian celebrities are contributing negatively to decay in the morality of young Nigerians. These kids look up to them- the more reason for the decadence, and the get rich quick syndrome that is characterised by illegal acts. Our celebrities should be cautioned to be more regal in their conducts as that will increase the moral values and standards that children will look up to. Post like this to me is provocative and stand condemnable. This is my personal opinion. |

Most projects I see there are not masses oriented How does rebuilding or renovating a government or routine guest lodge add to the GDP of enugu people. We should be holding this people accountable for their inadequacies in office. |

Haba what manner of evil is this. 50 humans!! I'd expect that people of good conscience on this platform should avoid negative comments. We should instead pray for the families of the deceased and the perpetrators of this hieneous acts, may God reward them in their own coin. |
These are no ordinary hilux trucks. They also have rail line movement abilities aside their normal tyres. So chill. |

Please don't leave without due consultation. Nyanabo: |
Rubber stamp senate. Whether the electoral amendment bill is right or wrong, the senate is suppose to be at logger head with the executive. This is no longer a democracy. Have the senate not consult their constituent before the bill was transmitted? As important as this bill is to the free and fair conduct of Nigeria's election, the attitude of the senate towards its amendment is anti democracy. And such must be met with equal and opposite disapproval. |
