I got better by joining organisations. Social clubs like rotary, JCI or Aisec can help you meet new ppl who you will get comfortable with over time and this will help you deal with other ppl.
If someone stares at you too much or you walk in a midst of so many ppl, a simple good morning can ease the tension or simply looking at them, smiling and go on with ur business van help
Also have this mindset or belief that they are looking at you beca use you are beautiful and unique and awesome..this way you will feel more confident
