Not only me most of my course mates that have checked received the same info. What is confusing me is that we are in 2019 and they saying 2018, can sombody help us explain that

I tried registering on monday with my phone. I got to the pre payment page and filled in my details, am yet to receive an email of my details, with a link to continue onto the payment page.
Am a foreign trained student. Any idea why is taking so long to get an email so as to proceed with my registration. Should I re-register?
Has any one encountered this issue pls?
