Celebrities / Without Any Apology I Dare Say Chadwick Boseman Is Not A Movie Star. by lordmicheal(m): 10:25am On Aug 30, 2020
WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY I DARE SAY CHADWICK BOSEMAN IS NOT A MOVIE STAR.

To the world black panther was just another action blockbuster.

But to us Africans, it was far more than a theatre work.

IT WAS A PROPHECY!

It was man been inspired by God to see into the future of Africa.

It was God showing the world a glimpse of the future Africa arrayed in her Glory!

We've seen the best of all continents (ranging from Great Europe to America and now Asia).

And although civilization started from Africa, black panther is a prove that the climax of civilization and advancement would still be in Africa.

Whether the world like it or not, a time would come when they all shall depend solely on the breast milk of our motherland (Africa) to survive.

With this in heart, we can now see beyond the veil of Hollywood and recognise who really Chadwick is to us.

He is not a movie star, for stars are made by movie industries and can be unmade by this same industries.

Chadwick have transcended this fate, he has become an icon in our heart.

He has become a symbol in our mind.

A symbol of hope, that reminds us on a daily basis of our glorious future and the latent potentials that flows through the veins of every African.

So that whenever we feel like giving up, we are quickly reminded how important we are in the agenda of God.

Knowing fully well that every African is needed to birth the future revealed in black panther.

With this I can say, that Chadwick Boseman is not dead. Because he like other icons of Africa will continue to live in and through us.

So, as long as their is Africa and Africans. Chadwick Boseman is still Alive!!!

Congratulations. I used to be a voracious and omnivorous reader. Of recent, I find it difficult to read; even when I force myself to read, assimilation is now a big problem. I really don't know what the problem is. I still have like 10 books UNREAD.

I suggest you should get books on subjects you love so much.

Or better still get a novel (sometimes a good story rekindles ones passion to read)

You can start with this novel, "The suckers punch by James Hadley Chase."

Get the pdf from pdfdrive.com

Nairaland / General / A City In Nigeria Without Light ( With Picture As Proof ) by lordmicheal(m): 8:10am On Nov 27, 2017
It been close to two months since we saw light in Ekpoma, a city in Esan West local government Edo state. Due to the massive fall of electricity poles by a thunder storm in the last rain.
More surprising, is that nobody is concerned about the constant darkness in the land, as the NEPA branch workers have quited, and neglect the land with no HOPE.
So I want the help of nairaland, so that this message can get to the state governor and probably the federal government. So that they can come to our aid. Thanks

Family / Boys Are Dying by lordmicheal(m): 7:01pm On Nov 13, 2017
*WISE SAYINGS*

STATISTICS
*93% of all criminal activity are perpetuated by males.
*92% of all prisoners in western society are males.
*89% of all acts of domestic violence in the Caribbean are perpetuated by males.
*83% of all school drops out are males.
*92% of all gang members are males.
*78% of all drug dealers are male.
*In USA 99.8 billion dollars are spent on child support enforcement programs because men will not take care of their children.
With this increasing statistics I believe I have a message to FATHERS and it all about SAVING THE BOYS.one major plaque that have eaten humanity is the gradual removal of a fatherly role from the family. This the devil has done by crafting a system that have kept men slave in the rat race for success. Gradually the men are been pulled out of the house all in the name of DIVORCE , work, ministry, ambition, education e.t.c. And as a result of this young males have failed in knowing what it means to be a real man, simply because their fathers who should have been their role model is never around. This deficiency has forced the young males(void of knowledge) to chose there own way, which have lead to the increasing of this statistics and uncontrollable degeneration of our communities. So it high time we blow the trumpet and sound the alarm that will call men back to their home and raise in them their original purpose which is to SAVE THE BOYS. Please share until it gets to all Fathers.
