Men are created by mother nature to protect and care for women. Let there be a war and the men will have to risk things while the women will be protected. This occurs because they are the gender that gives birth to children. From pure evolutionary terms, men are dispensable as one man can impregenate 100 women but if women die out, the tribe can go extinct.
In the bible in the book of judges chapter 20, the tribe of Benjamin was nearly wiped out because no women were left. They had to look for women.
If only one man is left with 100 women the tribe cannot go extinct but it may go extinct if it is the other way round.
It may sound harsh but we are the disposable sex even though we are stringer and maybe smarter. Women have the privilege of being valued just for existing.

One of my gfs here is a medical doctor and medical doctors in Chile are highly fucking paid . Specialists get equivalent of 20000 usd a month. Another girl coming from her city to mind tomorrow is a nurse and nurses are fucking well paid in Chile. Infact I am the one that begs them to let me spend sometimes especially when we go out. Chilean women never let you spend your money. Also I don't know what part of south America you are talking about but Chilean citizens have visa free access to every country on earth that matters including the US, Canada and all of Europe.

Some major companies require a degree in STEM fields.
Notwithstanding you can get lucky and not need one but to be on a safer side, go for a degree.

The advice for young entrants would be to have a strong math foundation, get into a good school preferably notably a federal university/polytechnic or top-rated private university, get a good grade and be well informed of the career/academic opportunities as they come by. Also, be prepared to change locations, especially at an early stage, if necessary.
