Equity is fun sha for those who have mind. Put some money there on feb 18 and it has returned x3 of what i would have gotten via MMF even with STL/trustbanc rate (on paper, as it can still crash tommorow) .

Diversification and personal need is key though. Money in equities must not be what u need immediately, keep a portion of ur funds in mmf for rainy days.

In fact I asked CHATGPT......it told me they started equity in December and that I should watch from a distance first...

Did u get the redemption form immediately after initiating the withdrawal? I have sent their support a mail. I never knew zenith redemption require filling form to withdraw your funds, if not I for no try them at all. I hate such stress.

I don’t understand what Zenith is doing. After submitting my request for full redemption on 11th March 2026, I am still waiting for them to action it.

The redemption request form clearly stated that processing should be completed within five working days.

I will wait until Tuesday next week. If nothing happens by then, I will file a formal complaint and copy SEC. The investment continues to lose value daily, and this delay is unacceptable. Waste of time and money.

I did too...and one other guy as well....

But "someone" here keeps trying to shut people up....

On Zedcrest, I see exactly what Iamblessed8888 sees, I have noticed that sometimes portfolio balance and Equity Fund balance are not the same even when I don't have any extra amount in my wallet nor any other fund within the app, I would expect both balances to be same always. I think someone raised this previously on this thread.

For context, I have experience with multiple funds: two equity funds, a bond fund (NDIF), and a fixed deposit fund. My withdrawals from all of them were completed within 48 hours. Currently, I also have two active equity funds aside from ESG, where deposits typically reflect within 24 hours.

There is even another fund manager (which I prefer not to name to avoid appearing biased) where I made a deposit around 14:00, and the funds reflected almost immediately. Interestingly, I was credited with interest for that same day by around 16:30 because the market was bullish.

Lastly, Quantum Zenith sent me an email around 16:00 yesterday stating: “The request has been received and is being processed. Redemption is processed within 24-48 working hours.” It seems they may be following the ongoing conversations here.

I do not know how long it would take... but at least I have finally taken the bold step

I have gotten the redemption acknowledgement mail...i will keep checking my email... for further action...

Me thinks the delays people complain about might be liquidity related....I raised that concern about their ESG... and I think someone here responded in reassuring manner....

My capital is incomplete, it never recovered.. and I am ready to count my losses and move on.......I would have left this money with them.... but the complains of delayed withdrawal is annoying me....I do not wish to keep my money with FM that would give me headache when I want out...

Meanwhile....I dreaded this moment, but I had to do this.....so I could get a place in the "waiting queue" already....

Who knows....it might take the whole year to redeem...my only consolation this night is that at least....I have started the process...

Never will I experiment with more than 5k again...

Companies in the TrustBanc group have issued commercial papers before to raise funds, including several billions of naira through the FMDQ market.

They have also redeemed past commercial papers at maturity, which is a positive sign for credit reliability.

So offering CP is normal for asset managers and financial groups.

Zenith case is different. Since I made deposit to zenith 2 weeks ago it has been consistent loss. Capital just keep reducing everyday. Even to withdraw my funds since last week, no way. Very bad fund manager.
