I had same issue last week, sent bet9ja a mail. They replied with a screenshot of my account that the transaction failed and referred me to my bank. So I sent my bank a mail to reverse my funds. It took 7 working days before it was reversed to my account. Hope this helps.

No such options on Bet9ja ,so what I normally do is to select either Home or Away to score depending on whether Home or Away clean sheet =No.
