Hi, going forward I think you should still give that laptop of yours one more chance. It seems that particular model throttles a lot, but the throttling can be drastically reduced by doing two things; removing a particular dust filter, and reapplying thermal grease on the CPU and GPU.

I hope so,,, this is main reason am not able to return the laptop immediately,,, I believe if ah clean the dust and update the software ,, still the performance is below average
