Don’t always believe what you see, read, or hear. All those people that we see on TV speaking their own language,  eg football players from Brazil, Argentina or elsewhere,,  they have the same problem too. Although they speak their own language at that moment, but please watch and take note, most of them learn to speak English sooner or later cos they get alienated about the whole issue of having to be interpreted all the time. The number one thing that I have noticed which has forced lots of people to learn English is the money part, cos they are told they can earn more money if they speak English. And who doesnt want more. But the bottom line is, there is a system that has being developed in a town, city or country, that has already being in place. It can be changed, but the person gets changed first, to adapt to that system, even if he or she wants to changed that system he  will still need to understand and know how the system works.
If u can change urself to an achiever, pple will accept u for u are, and not what you are suppose to be.

u dont need school fees before i-20
but u will need to pay a sevis fee, all foreigners applying have to pay for that
by the way any school u decide on, u will see their requirements on their websites
u just need to send your sponsor's account document if they ask u, well they will ask for that
