This is exactly what happens when you voted someone who presented nepa bill instead of educational certificate. l mean no full fledge/sane graduate will put his fellow graduates in this kind of inhumane condition after going through four years of hell in Nigerian tertiary institutions. The president is saying there is no money to do the needful, yet there is money for him, his family and his cabals to travel around the world..now tell me who is fooling who?? Shame to APC led administration! Shame to NYSC! Fantastically NONSENSE!!!..
