It's not in the budget unless he goes for another emergency loan. Dangote refinery can serve Nigeria if the crude oil is available but the remaining oil after Buhari used our crude oil to borrow money into the future so that Amaechi could build a railway from Nigeria to Niger Republic is not enough unless Dangote imports from somewhere else. Same Amaechi is some people's messaih today. We need to face the consequences.

The FG can do that by allocating crude to Dangote at local currency for the time being and prevail on him to sell at designated price
