This happened on one bright morning, in 2007 or so can't really remember the date, but it was a great week building up the valentine aura. I was in the hostel back then when Lovers and 'crushers' alike were busy planning and shopping for the perfect val gift.

As senior boys then, I woke up to the discussion of valentine plans, during that discussion one of the boys suggested a valentine prank to make it a day never to forget. It was a period we were always having a beef with our girls over one issue or the other, so that seemed like a perfect idea and payback. It was kinda tough picking the girl to effect that plan but we later picked the least favorites because she was tough, built like a man and less pretty. When her name was mentioned none of the boys could defend her because she had no lovers and crusher amongst us, so she became our valentine queen.

The prank,
we bought a champagne bottle drain its content, set the bottle in front of the hostel, so each of us peed into that bottle till it was filled, corked the bottle then placed it under the sun to dry its body and increase the pressure of its content. So, evening came, we prepared for prep class, packaged our bottle with love card and rose and sent it to her through one of our junior girl. Her excitement and the other girls during prep class can't be explained, 'they were happy for her'. After prep class ended, on our way back to our various hostel, the girls were just shouting 'open it' in chorus till they got to their hostel.

According to the gist, When she got to the hostel she unwrapped it with excitement as the girls gather round her............ And puffffff, its content erupt on them like a champagne shower.

i usually don't drive my car on mondays due to lagos traffic.

i took a bus to obalende this morning and was forced to trek from obalende to VI.

To be honest i enjoyed the 35 minutes trekking.

As for me, i prefer the bikes and keke do not come back.

It is way overdue as a matter of fact! So many universities in Benin, Ghana are not fit to be called universities and the mode of study may not even be full time... There has to be a list of NUC accredited universities in those countries...

you guys are funny lots sha....how can nuc accredit a school in another country , if they feel they are buying certificate there let them liaise with Benin to know if the school is accredited and contact the school to know if the student used the required amount of time in that school.

Guys am thinking of something today, what if we the youth of Nigeria have a massive peaceful protest on October 1, we can use the time between now and October 1 to create awareness. We need to speakout massively, let this spoilers know that we have a voice. If we can unite we will be free, I believe if we put behind our differences and ethical/religious bigotry that decides us and we unite with one voice to protest against the insanity in our country that could be a starting step to the walk of making Nigeria great.

there is noting like a peaceful protest.....it won't work in nigeria, the government will still kill and imprison somepersons if they like.
