Aside from Binance, you may not be able to withdraw from exchanges now. They said it's a network issue, but I'm pretty sure this government has blocked Nigerians from using any exchanges for now. Binance knew this kind of thing was gonna happen, so they use Google authenticator instead of SMS/email.
Some of my funds are currently stuck in MEXC. Do not deposit in any exchange for now.
Oga rest with unnecessary FUD!!!!

It is network issues , I also use MEXC and was waiting for verification code and did not receive it until I switched my internet to glo and I received the verification code immediately and I was able to do the withdrawal I wanted to do.

And I am sure there are many other people who are still using other exchanges successfully via their apps

But I’m still confused here, how did they make money by doing that ?
Because they will still go ahead to sell their usdt at higher price....they do not have intention of buying...they just needed the fake order to create a high rate for the usdt

Sharaaaap bro...for me to directly mention your moniker..you should know I am 100% sure of what I am saying.. assuming you used to be active on this thread , they might say that is why I suspected you...but thank God you are not even active on this thread and so nobody can say it is because of that.

You and "lrman" are both government agents...I have my facts. Na lrman I first catch , then traced him to another moniker which is "konquest"..

Its not as if any sensible person will come here and expect you to admit you are a government spy , who does that ?? It is normal for you to deny. That is a normal thing any spy must do..so park well

Just be aware that people will find a way round all these things and enjoy themselves before e cast...trying to cut down rotten leaves on a tree instead of cutting the root which was the problem in the first place ..as long as the government keep messing up , people will keep taking advantage of it
Keep deceiving them and be forming CIA...funny thing is most people even believed you...very funny grin grin

So for your mind government agents needs to create a nairaland moniker before they can access what is going on in the crypto world or binance or usdt or p2p platforms ?? One even said maybe they bought my 10 years moniker so that they can monitor threads.... grin grin..mumu people everywhere....so if government truly wants to gather information..you think they must create account on nairaland before they can do that ?? Smh...obviously some of you don't know the powers that comes with any government....government do not need all those petty things before they can achieve whatever they want to achieve..

So many dumb people that thinks everything starts and ends on nairaland..

You think it is only on nairaland that people discuss about crypto or usdt or whatever here in Nigeria ?? You think it is only on nairaland that people share information concerning anything crypto or usd ??Or you think it is only on nairaland that they can gather any information they need ?? Do you know how many thousands of existing platforms where nigerians also discuss about crypto ?? Smh...nairaland is even learning for where those platforms dey...ordinary telegram you will see thousands of active groups with thousands of nigerian traders everyday discussing the crypto market and the usd market as a whole..

Smh...ignorance is truly a disease...government agent ko government assassin ni

Guys can we still use binance
Binance was never banned...They only called their attention to what was happening on their binance p2p platform concerning usdt/ngn...binance noticed it too and they stopped the USDT/NGN trading on the p2p....someone can just wake up and set a buy order at a particular rate (fake order)above the general dollar price..try to sell to them , it will never go through ..they will wait for the order countdown timer to end and the trade will be cancelled..now the question is what will they achieve with that ?? It is simple..the way the binance p2p algorithm works , it picks the highest buying rate and highest selling rate as the general dollar rate on the p2p..for example if someone creates a buy order and claim they are willing to buy at a price of 1900naira per dollar , the binance p2p market automatically sees that as the new dollar price that sellers can sell for..other buyers will also start putting their buying price around that same rate..but unknowingly to them , the manipulators are not even ready to buy at that rate they claim they want to buy , they only created the fake order to fool the binance p2p algorithm...and it works for the manipulators..they can use the same strategy to make dollars appear at the rate of 10000naira per one if they want to...
BusinessRe: Why Is EFCC Not Arresting Those Speculating Naira On Online P2P Exchanges? by lrman(m): 7:34pm On Mar 02, 2024
Ningishzida:
P2P services offered by Cryptocurrency exchanges are a good thing if well regulated to discourage
Speculators from speculating against the Naira.

Through P2P, we can bypass the Dollar scarcity by buying USDT in Naira and sending to our relatives abroad where they can sell it and convert to the foreign currencies of their respective countries. It also helps Business owners in Nigeria make payment to their suppliers abroad.
Bitcoin traders like myself can also use the medium to convert our profits to spendable cash.

But the problem is the P2P Speculators that these Exchanges permit to manipulate the Naira on their platform  without any regulation. Making it imperative for the BDCs to follow their rate as they are dragging the Naira's value down for their gains.

Although I make some money from trading Crypto currencies, I do not speculate against the Naira because I am aware of the chain reactions that such an action will create on the Naira. Therefore, I am in full support of the current FGN's clampdown on Cryptocurrency Exchanges that allow Traders speculate against the Naira without any regulation.

But the truth is that these P2P Speculators who were destroying the Naira's value on Binance P2P for their personal gains won't simply give up. At the moment, they've flooded to Kucoin and Bybit to continue their business as usual.
Below I attached a screenshot I took this evening on KuCoin showing the price manipulation being actively done by these Speculators destroying the Naira's value in P2P.

Why is the EFCC not arresting these set of people the same way they are arresting BDC operators? I mean, these crooks use Nigerian bank accounts to do their transactions. Why are their bank accounts not being frozen?

These economic saboteurs have no conscience. They are willing to drag the naira to 10,000 Naira to a Dollar in one week if that is the rate where they can make maximum profit on speculating against the Naira.

Why is the EFCC always chasing after people perceived to be into "yahoo yahoo" but they let these P2P speculators destroying the Naira for their personal gain roam freely?

The FGN and CBN Governor must sustain their fight against these Currency manipulators destroying the Naira's value. Simply banning Binance and cracking down on BDC is not enough.
An anti-currency speculation force should be setup to continuously trackdown, arrest and jail these criminals. They have become like an infection that you must keep suppressing till it is killed finally. Even the spores must die.

At the moment, these crooks speculating against the Naira are all over the Internet castigating the President. They have even flooded Binance Square condemning the Nigerian Government for trying to save the Naira through banning their evil means of making profit. And here on Nairaland, a lot of them are in the Crypto currency thread wishing ill on Nigeria just so they can make profit.

Soon they will be here on this thread to insult me because they lack the mental capacity to see how their activities is destroying the Nigerian Economy.
Don't worry bro..we will ban crypto and we will ban all naira speculators too..crypto traders like you will be arrested because crypto will be made illegal...and naira speculators will be reported and arrested too...

Go to your spot wallet, click on your naira balance, follow by withdraw, that will bring you to a page where you will input amount. Click on via bank transfer (fastlink), and wait for the machine to credit you.

Use only bank account that bear correct name you use to open your binance account. Deal with only merchants that pay within 15min and with contact numbers on their profile.
That is awesome

No, let assume you bought DOT/usdt or DOT/btc, etc, you automatically have DOT in your spot wallet and not with any attachments.

Just click on trade, follow by convert at the top, that will lead you to a page you will convert your DOT to naira. Just chose NGN and click conversion button. You can use binance auto naira withdraw to cash out. Merchant only charge around 0.5% or 1% on withdrawal.
This helped. I was able to convert some alts to naira..but I cannot find the auto naira withdraw here..

Jeez!

Let's take this one step at a time....

I opened a Cardify account.

It is in $0 balance...

I want to deposit into it...

The only method to deposit with dollars on Cardify is by sending USDT TRC20 from one wallet to the one on the Cardify account...

I wanted to send about $10 worth of USDT TRC20 from my Trust wallet to the Cardify Wallet Address...

In order to do that successfully, I need to convert the $10 from my balance $90 Tether USDT Tether USDT to USDT TRC20 so that I can now send it from there to the Cardify Wallet...

When I select the "Exchange" option on Trust wallet from Tether USDT, it shows exchange amount which I select $10USDT and when looking for the USDT TRC20 token to exchange to, it isn't listed among the options there.

Why is this difficult to understand?

I just dey look the other morons that have been making a foool and debauchery of themselves and not me previously on my mentions.

I have instructed them on what to do by doing it themselves and send me screenshot proofs...if they can't, the joke is on them!!
Do you know the most irritating part ?? Instead of you to allow them educate you on the right way to do it , you are still busy arguing and displaying your ignorance on the thread..
