so lay your hands on HCP materials.

I understand u perfectly bro, info I got from day 1 was that this recruitment was outsource, if you follow previous years recruitment, you will see the differences. such as applying through portal, test not conducted in the training school or bank, not done on weekends, test format is differ, etc. hopefully you will get your invite soon. cheers

you should call them asap, another mail was sent today, stating interview starts from Dec 18th to 5th January..I believe those asked to send updated cv was a form of still indicating his or her interest. the deadline was today 12 noon I think.

I don't think Diamond Bank would have sent that text message in August if they wanted nothing to do with the 2015 recruitment.

"We wish to inform you that the recruitment process is still on-going and we will contact you regarding your candidacy in due course."

If they didn't want to consider those who scaled through their aptitude test in 2015, they wouldn't have gone through the trouble of sending them a personified text message. They would have basically ignored everyone, acted like nothing had happened, and moved on with a fresh recruitment. My instinct tells me the text message in August was to give the 2015 applicants a heads up that something was on its way. They would never have sent that text if they didn't want to involve the 2015 applicants.

Now, please note that I am merely speaking from my perspective, not for the bank. I do not know what their intentions are. This is merely a deduction.

The best thing you can do is to contact the HR and confirm what they intend to do. Don't depend solely on the opinions of strangers who aren't even employees of the bank. Anyone can come here to post information with the sole purpose of causing fear. It is up to you to decide if such information is authentic. So yeah, call the HR, speak to them, and act on the answers you're given.

I posted the number above you can give them a call, perhaps you have their number from their previous sms which says you can call for more info, so give them a call they are human, they won't bite.

well banks can change their policy at any time, they can decide to cancel or continue a recruitment process. a similar thing like this happened in UBA some years back some batch were called to resume TS and it was cancelled. the candidates took it up on twitter went to their page to expressed their feelings, stating after wasting money on transports and energy during the recruitment process they can't just strike them off like that, and it worked for them, they were called to resume ts.

Well I don't have anything else to say again.
