Why are there no working policies in place to prevent this disasters instead of contracts being given to political contacts to execute shoddily without thought for whether these roads will bear up under the pressure of whatever Nature throws at them?

It's just sad that Niger State too might play host to rain flood issues too soonest and the charade will go on and on. what a wack system!
