This is really a difficult one after waiting for 3 years plus. The best you can do is look for possible private individuals looking to hire home support worker on indeed and other job sites. Not many people are qualified to employ a support worker since they must have seniors or persons with disabilities that need the service. Hopefully you find someone that need your service very soon.

Thank you very much and Yea i have been searching and also reached out to people i know over there to also assist me. I really hope i succeed .

Good day house,
I have been a silent reader and follower of this thread and hoping to share my own testimony too.
Please can anyone be of assistance in getting a new employer under the home support worker pilot? I have an ongoing application with ircc since 2020 and Dec last year we got a mail saying the current employer is not eligible simply because its an agency and not a private individual. We were given 3 months to come up with a new employer as procedural fairness. Our clock is ticking fast and it seems really difficult getting a new employer . The rep we used has equally not been able to change the employer. Please those of you already in there who can assist me with a new employer i will forever be grateful. Thank you

I know the Nanny Academy Lagos. They are good! Even if you reside outside Lagos,it can be done online

quote author=fash78 post=92504374]Guys please use the link that I posted earlier and read up about the application process. Then come back and ask any specific questions about the application process you need clarity on. Please note that I do not have time to spoon feed anybody. Read-up first and ask questions. The first step after securing an employer in Canada is to register for your IELTS exam and pass it. In parallel you need to complete your credentials assessment by WES (World Education Services). Note that WES will require your transcripts to be sent directly to them by your institution. This is one of the bottle necks of this application process.
Also go and complete your childcare/healthcare diploma course. I know of two places offering this training in Lagos. I have used one of these two places for my two sisters so I can only vouch for one - Workforce Training Solution. The second school is called The Nanny Academy https://www.thenannyacademy.com
Please contact any of these two schools that work for you for the nanny course/training.
I hope this helps.

Yea i read it takes up to a year

What's your reason for that conclusion? Have you tried using that route and its not working or you've seen some in that situation? It is very simple and way better then RNIP an AIPP because your sister can serve as your employer and give you job. Job offer is the hardest part of it. Meanwhile, the PHILLIPINOS, INDIANS, ETC are bringing in their family members through this route easily. The only thing is that the processing time is a bit slow. I have someone willing to give my wife job offer but I am discouraged because of the processing time.
