I feel strong and energetic.

I gained more muscle mass.

My focus level has increased drastically, I now have the energy to venture in so many businesses at the same time.

My sexual potency is over the roof,
I can now enjoy sex as a man should.

I used to have several night meres,
Now I sleep good.

My confidence level is restored now,
I used to stutter very badly,
Now it has reduced by 80%.

And my vibration is on another level.

Some negative things were-

Being weak all the time, and always feeling sleepy.

Lack of sexual pleasure, you don't always enjoy real sex, erectile dysfunction.

At some point my confidence level starts degrading.

The way I look at women then, and the way I look at women now is different.

Loosing the ability to concentrate on things.

Those were few things I was battling with then.

Masturbation is a psychological problem, I was once into it, what verydarkman said is basically true.
How I overcame that act was, I made a final decision sometime mid last year to stop masturbating finally, I can tell you it's not an easy decision.
At first I was excited I went weeks without masturbating and porn, but after a month it was like hell on earth to me, it took me about 3 months to recover from that sh$t.
Quiting porn is not an easy decision but it pays on a long run if you make a decision from your heart to quit masturbation and pornography.
