You would have to wait for DHL delivery then or wait until Monday and pick up from the tls office if you reside were you did biometrics. I suppose you don't live in either cities so you would have to wait for DHL to deliver tour passport.

Pick up is at TLS though. You can only go to DHL if they come for delivery and you were absent.

If you are pressed for time, book a flexible ticket so you can easily reschedule. They are usually more expensive though.

You are better of differing to September or if they have may april for your course. You will not meet up and that's for sure. Don't waste your visa application fee.

They also said the 50% payment has to be made before we enrol or the course will be withdrawn, at this stage can i negotiate installment payment with the school on arrival ? our visas application is in process already, we have appointments for 17th of January for Biometric. Please i need advice if our visa comes out can we go to the UK without the enrolment ?

Do it at mid night. They usually free up dates at midnight. Chcek dates for both assisted and self service. You should get a closer date.

You people should stop decalaring your visa refusal to your school. Those letters are usually generic. You just have to look for someone with a turkey refusal letter, scan and send to them since they are insisting or better yet apply to another school because they will not give you CAS.

Please I am having an issue getting past Compliance Team at the University of Sunderland, and I need help.

So back in 2019, my company was invited to Pitch one of the Products I was managing at the time at an event/competition in Turkey, and I was supposed to be one of the delegates, however, only one of us got a Turkey visa, as he was able to apply for e-visa. whereas, another colleague and I were not granted visas. No visa or refusal stamp or even a refusal letter was given.

Now, I had declared on my application that I had a visa refusal to Turkey in the past when filling my application, and I was given admission. I have paid tuition, now, the Compliance team is requesting for refusal letter to see the reason the visa was not granted.

I have done everything possible, I even called the compliance team and the person that spoke to me told me I should get a letter from the Agent that processed the application for us back then and attach it to the mail, which I did, however, I received a response from another member of the Compliance team insisting that Embassy must have given me a refusal letter and I should check again..

Please what can I do?

I guess you didn't read it well. She is applying for student visa and not travelling on a normal visit visa.
For her to apply alone with the kids makes her application that of a single parent. If she was taking two kids alongside her hubby then its okay. They can apply for the other two later.
And I know for sure that single parents who wants to travel with their under-18 child(ren) but not with the child(ren)'s other parent, will need a death certificate, sole custody order or any other legal document that shows that the child(ren)'s other parent is not avaliable.

There are serious and compelling family or other considerations whoch make exclusion of the child (ren) undesirable and suitable arrangements have been made for the child’s care"

I did and I see no where it was said a mother cannot travel alone with the kids with the father's consent.

Dats not true ohhh. Only consent letter does not suffice. Read the UK policy on a single parent travelling alone with kids.

They are more interested in your money than your age. Just give them the required documents.

That's not true. All you need is a consent letter signed by your husband permitting you to travel with the kids.

Oh no its not injection. You are to book the test here from Nigeria and and have it delivered to the address you will be staying at in the UK . UK recognise moderna so you are good.

I have taken two dose of moderna. The 2nd dose was Oct 30. Does that count as fully vaccinated? . If yes, then is the day 2 lateral flow test taking here or in uk? How is the lateral flow test taking? I hate injections.

He's fully vaccinated and don't need pre departure test. All he need are passenger locator form and day 2 lateral flow test and proof of vaccination

A heads up for UWE. They require POF and accommodation before issuing you CAS. So whatever you are doing, start on time. Someone missed this Jan intake because he couldn't secure an accommodation and they stopped issuing CAS 18Dec.

Are they incriminating? If doesn't add or remove anything from your application and sure you have uploaded all the necessary documents maybe you should just ignore. Or during biometrics you can tell the staff and hear what they say.
