there is no trick to getting early dates all you have to do is join a date search group for the embassy you are going to that updates regularly . So once slots are open you can sharply log and pick a date and schedule the time. p.s the slots released earlier today were mostly first timer applicants. and a few prev denied managed to some slots.

Yes I’ve been experiencing the same thing since February, I think it’s happening to everyone that was denied last year who reapplied this year , because the first timers are seeing the calendar. So I guess we just have to wait maybe that’ll get fixed . Or maybe it’s their new way .

I used Edge, Moxilla and Google chrome. I experienced the same problem in all the browsers. The problem is, if I select I have been denied visa in the last six months, appointment calendar will not pop up, rather, it will display “ there are currently no appointment available “, but if I select regular, that is I have not been denied visa in the last twelve months, appointment dates will pop up. I am afraid whether there will be a penalty if I select the regular.

Yes. I was denied on the 11th of this month, but my Departmental Chairperson sent me a Graduate Assistantship Offer Letter on the 18th of this month with 85% funding. It was 2022 I applied for admission but I deferred my admission to Fall 2023 because I could not get visa interview date in 2022.

Try and give a good reason for making ER by stating your purpose for traveling on the requested date.

I think the issue is about the number of people requesting for the date. considering that they said the requirement is 60days before but I want to assume they would consider someone who has 30days or 20days to resumption. This is my #thought.

This is the second message I received from support@ustraveldocs.com after the first message of rejecting my emergency request.

You have received the following message regarding your Emergency/Group scheduling request:

Given the high volume of demand and limited resources we are unable to schedule an emergency student/exchange visitor visa appointment at this time. Please continue to check for student/exchange visitor visa appointment availability as we add appointments when our staffing increases.

My question is, will there be another consideration to my request?

There are two dates on your I-20. Did you use the earliest date or the later date on the far left that says “start of class”?

What date exactly did you apply for the expedited date?

I applied on the 15th of this month(June). For the expedited date, I used "START OF CLASSES 13 AUGUST 2022"

Good evening everyone! I got admission to study at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. My classes will start on 13th August, 2022. I have received my Form I-20 and I have paid my SEVIS fee. I applied for emergency request but I was denied. My classes will start on 13th August, 2022. Please what can do to get visa interview?
