Thanks for the interest you may have on this amateur work. I arrived in Lagos 8 years ago, and I felt in Love with Lagos and Nigeria, nigerian culture... So much things could be said. I just wish to show Lagos as it is. To my eyes, a very rich an amazing city !

Last week on independence day I took a drive from Mainland to Lagos island . The traffic was really quiet that day , however, it took me around 1 hour and a half to do the 20 km drive. I was lucky that day, that drive could have taken 4 hours as every lagosian knows .....

I went to thousand pot holes , drove in stone, drove in mud, in water.... and few time on a good and clean road. I met millions okada without helmet buzzing and riding in every directions, smoky buses throwing their black smoke as they accelerate. I smelled the foul smell of dozens of open sewers... I wonder when will the road match to the rank of the city : one of the biggest economy in all the continent.

Lagos Saturday night, an amazing storm over the area of Victoria Island, eko roundabout and Ikoyi. I really always love to observe this kind of show from mother nature.The atmosphere was just amazing, these lightnings, the sound of thunder, mixed with the birds , locust and frogs... it is really relaxing to look finally.

hello everybody in the Forum.

I really hope everybody is as safe as possible during the lock down...
Days are long here. So we all need to find something to do to stay active.
I have one passion : videography.... so i tried to increase my skills in it,
and focus on some work i can do, even if i cannot teach because our schools are closed.

Here is the result of around 25 hours working at home.
a short video of 1 minute to show of the beauty of our mother Land Nigeria !

yes they are the best and they are our future ! education is the key, we had a lot of fun and learnt a lot during this school project !

I invite you to discover an amazing work children from more than 30 countries did together in a school of Lagos.
The students realized two enormous frescoes as well as some land art with plastic bottles in a project in collaboration with the Nigerian artist Sobayo Abolore, and an artist working in thailland Cece Nobre.
