The truth is CNSSL is a scam...it was stated that the contract will be for one year I.e from Nov 2015-Nov 2016, but by the end of april they came with letter of termination of contract. What actually happened was that the exercise was majorly for the clean up exercise of MTN database as a result of NCC's sanction...MTN noticed the good work done by the guys as it was becoming very evident that clean up exercise might be getting to an end as their were little to do at times.so they(MTN) decided to cut cost by laying off people gradually rather than asking everyone to go at once even though the contract was to end in november.I call CNSSL a scam becos they never for once even do as if they care about the people they help MTN to employ but if u re absent for a day,#1,800 naira is deducted from. The stipend they pay u and still they will remove the so call tax from the money again.MTN on their part just don't care. The funny thing is people have been there working for them since nov 2015 and you just pick march performance and u said people should go while most of the people you ask to go were already the top performers for the month of april.this does not show an organisation that value quality and effort and it is just the basic truth...Nigerian graduate just need to wake up and fast too.
