In Enugu capital, especially along Agbani Road, independence layout or even ogui road, you will see many criminals in uniform in the name of MOT, extorting innocent lone private drivers, accusing them of having committed traffic offences, meanwhile these MOT are men who has zero driving skill. They can't change gear when forcing themselves in someone's vehicle.
Meanwhile they are given mandate and amout of money they must present everyday. So, as they go out, they must harras, intimidate and accuse innocent drivers of having committed one traffic offence or the other. This is actually insane.
The Governor might not be directly involved in this scandal but I think he should take part of the blame for not monitoring or appropriately conducting or codinating the activities of these criminals in uniform patroying with private keke.

Meaning? Cr*me has not gender, tribe nationality. It is raining everywhere. It is our determination to crush it that matters.

When I said the case is already with state CID Enugu. You can go there and make inquiry, if you know of their location, just alert me and watch manifestation of mor and more evidence in court.

Your job is not to arrest them or to believe me. You job is to be careful so that u don't fall victim and to alert me of their location if you know or see them.

Currently the case has been reported to state CID Enugu and Nepa office too. So the main purpose of bringing it here is to safe new landlords from falling victims and also to alert the public incase anyone is with useful information on how to locate and apprehend them, Currently they have defrauded many.

When looking for a prepaid meter for your new building, beware of this two criminals called Akudo monica and emmanuel chinweuba.
Emmanuel chinweuba Adama and akudo monica are not married but they both have a kid together, akudo monica was previously married with five grown up kids before she abandoned her marriage to engage in prepaid meters fraud with emmanuel chinweuba.
Their method is to approach new landlords and tell him or her that they have new and fast link of getting prepaid meter, akudo will provide her account details as a NEPA officer and after money is paid in, both of them will withdraw the money and run away. Akudo monica is from imo state while emmanuel chinweuba is from Nsuka.

Atleast to stop others from falling victims

Those two criminals should be apprehended quick before they victimise another innocent people.

So, what is the best aluminium and how can i deal directly with the company without being cheated. First aluminium does not exist anymore because I have googled them and can't find them any more. I initially used metcopo 0.45.

Help the police to apprehend these two criminals called Emmanuel chinweuba and Monica akudo. They specialize on advance fee payments and obtaining money by false pretence.
Emmanuel chinweuba with his criminal partner are not officially married, as of February this year, Mr Emmanuel chinweuba was living in portharcourt and akudo monica was living in Enugu. They both have only one child together, akudo was previously married and had 5 kids before abandoning her marriage to engage in crime with chinweuba.
Their mode of operation is approaching new landlords and promising to help them get prepared metres faster. Akudo will provide her account as an officer of power holding(NEPA) and their victims will pay money into her bank account. Both of them will withdraw the money and run away.
There will be a handsome compensation for anyone with reasonable information on how to get them arrested so that other innocent people will not fall victim of their scam by these heartless criminals.
