Barely two months after Mr Olusegun Aganga,the minister of Trade and Investment announced on national televisions during a reform visit to CAC on the facilitation of registration procedures of new businesses in the country, he promised that the winners of the #YOUWIN programme will be contacted and mobilised 72 hours after the result as been announced, today is 21 days after the announcement of the result, winners are still yet to be contatted nor given the grant, nothing the government or civil service touches in this country work.
