Misplaced priorities or Misplaced judgement,
U can't impose a price on a private business unless they are taking their inputs from government.

They have their own cost to service.

At the underlying issue they know our courts no longer carry the kind of aura it is supposed to have.
The political robbers have made the courts weak and powerless and without principle.
Hence companies with money and some form of dominance are won't to disobey court order or take them with levity.

Was scoring goals a problem for us last season? I don't think so.
.
No sir
Scoring was not a problem for laat season but winning some matches was a problem and that's because when opportunity/chances comes we didn't take all of them.
We could have won the league with 89 points but another team went further to get 91 points.
So we need to see how we can improve.
I'm not castigating the team. I'm very proud of them but looking at the UCL format we need to close out all identified weakness.
Mbappe has joined Real Madrid.(this has solved their goal threat problem even with them winning the La Liga.)
We should also look to ours

The new format of the UCL begins in a few months.

This means that goals will become important in grand scheme of things and so demand for finishers will skyrocket as well. I doubt Arsenal is part of the 8 automatic tickets sha. We'll see soon. Sooo, buyyyyy!!!
.
Yes.
Goals difference and goals.
G Jesus should have solved this prob for us but he's more interested in build up.
I remember martinelli didn't pass to I think saka 2 seasons ago we should have won Liverpool.
Trossard is already making claim for the wing.
I think we could use him upfront.
Problem he not that okay for too much touched in opposition box.

A new striker hunt ongoing, so where will Havertz play next season?. Back to midfield or drag top 9 with the new striker? And it will be even hard if Jesus doesn't leave. undecided

Meanwhile in another non arsenal news, Chelsea don confirm Leicester coach wey gain dem promotion as new coach. And what in the name of football made Bayern go for Kompany who just relegated Burnley with only 5 League wins? undecided

They want possession based football.
They belive that since he won the championship with Burnley perhaps the quality of players is the major factor to Burnley's poor league turn out

Forget the trolls.
They spent over a billion to be battling 9th position.

They expect a team that had every indices at par with Mancity bar two point difference to be feel bad?

The time spent on trolls can be used for other constructive things.

On to.the season...the era of selling our players at zero cost is over.
They will all command a fee.

But Emery's Vilareal won Europa and Reached UCL semis....Arterta hasn't reached that tongue

Hello sir
U ate getting it wrong.
Every won Europa with Villarreal.
He even won it 4 times with Sevilla. But he is unable to do.it in arsenal because the pressure here is much.
Ten Hag won The Erevdivision with Ajax.
Went very far in the UCL, i reckon UCL semi final or final but he look out of his depth in the EPL with ManU.

Forget about what he won there.
We are concerned about him here.

He bought Guendouzi, Pepe, Torreria, used saka as left back.and wing back.
Bought Leno,

We got to final to.Europa acknowledged.
Mancity the team to beat always flogged us every time mercilessly and we had no answers at all.

Bro, I have never asked him to be sacked, it is risky to sack him just as Arsenal realized sacking Emery (who was doing better elsewhere), didn't instantly yeuld results, it took spending and several times before everything normalized.

But Arsenal should not be relaxed with Arterta nor be celebrating near success or best after Pep.... I was only against those saying he is a legend who should be here for next 5yrs because of these incredible results... If after next season no reasonable success, the club should try and look elsewhere for a decent manager and try new things...

Just as a decent Raya who wasn't setting the world apart came and unseat Ramsdele, there are many managers who could come and be an upgrade... The Leipzig, Leverkusen, Milan etc managers are decent.
.
Luverkensen manager just because of his feat.
When he has come out to say he is not leaving B.Luverkesen else Liverpool was there.
We can as well just price Pep, ask for Klopp to change his mind.
We are asking for Managers that want to come or are available not those tied to their club and do not want to leave.
Zidane is available. Will he come?
Ancelotti nko.
Managers with pedigree not some Ajax wannabe who could or could not turn out well becoz the aim is no longer progress but a 100% certainty of trophy in just 2 seasons .

The people who spent over 1BN .
I mean Chelsea did not see those manager u called to coach their team.

You are not obliged to read, there is an option to skip.

Until your school of thought start to take responsibility and hold Arteta accountable when he falters, I will. If you are indifferent about winning a title or trophies because we should be thankful to Arteta, or because he is competing against Pep, that is you and what you believe, don't force it down the rest of us. If you are content with going trophyless despite outspending Pep and Klopp over the last 2 seasons and 700M, I am not and will raise the issues I have.

Some of us see it differently because while we or should I say 'I" acknowledge the progress, I also pick out the issues, especially when it is now historical with a predictable pattern. Arteta is going into his 5th season but somehow, he continues to be shielded because we should be grateful with the way we lost in the UCL, Europa, FA, EFL and the EPL. I could care less if I am termed a hater, it is nothing new, the club comes before anyone and that includes Arteta. It is also important to note that Arteta has not improved this team in a vacuum, we saw how he struggled with the same team Ebening took to the UEL finals where the gulf in quality was finally exposed. This isn't the case where he is begging for funds or structure.

For the sake of some of you that are recent here, I wish Seun will resurrect some of our old threads from 2010/ 2011 that have been binned when Wenger was celebrating top 4, Spy360 and Oyin are probably (I stand corrected) the other surviving handles that are still here and see where handles are going at Wenger and the club for going trophyless, so no, it is not novel that supporters of Arsenal question our trophyless situation, do your research! I don't need a United or Chelsea fan before I can question the direction of the club. United and Chelsea are in their worst run, they are financially more capable than we are and if they get it right, we are now looking at better competition versus what we have in Newcastle, Villa, City and Spuds for the top 4, not even title, since we should we are forbidden from winning a title because Arteta is competing against Pep.

After last season's bottling, yes, it was an absolute bottle, this same school of thought told us to be grateful, you told us he is a rookie learning on the job, you argued it wasn't a bottle, you told us we are in process and should trust it....But when the players left and joined their National teams, they started admitting they were in control and should have closed it out but here, it is all great and dandy because Arteta is in charge. I am sorry, I don't do toxic positivity and I am not apologetic about it. I will continue to reign on Arteta if it makes anyone uncomfortable or sleepless, so be it, I don't conform to the herd.

The fact of the matter is that once again, we were in control of our destiny but came out flat and lost 2-0 at home to Villa. I can muster a strong performance on the day but if that performance against Villa isn't indicative of our now historical inability to rise to the occasion then I am not sure what is. How about the Porto game that we won on penalties? We were lost in the euphoria of winning that many forgot that was a bad performance on the night which reared it's ugly head against Bayern in the next round.

COYG!

Nice write-up.

What do you suggest we do now?

Describing a problem with an epistle is not enough give us a solution backed by empirical evidence.

I.would prefer a direct solution that is as long as the problem description

If anything, this should bother you. He has won the EFL, has his team in the FA cup finals and even finished 3rd in hos 2nd season.

Arteta has had more time, more money, a very stable football structure in comparison with more control and what do we have to show for it?

Oga just tell us if u want us to hire Ten Hag.

So we can know.
Pepe was spending money first before he started selling players at a profit.
No arsenal player will be a dead wood like before.
They would command a decent fee.

That's the maths of it.

While you have written and made some good points, this, respectfully isn’t the case. On this thread, over and over again, the reason we have failed to win irrespective is because Pep is chasing us which makes absolutely no sense to someone like me.

The toxic positivity is what many of you want some of us to swallow and we have refused it. We have not said Arteta has not improved the team but please don’t tell me he ha also not faltered or fumbled competitions when we were in strong positions to win them and those are the issues.

If after 700M, all we can brag about is finishing 2nd and being competitive then that is an indictment on Arteta considering 2 other big clubs (Chelsea/ United) are in transition and in terrible situations. Arteta is approaching the total net spend of Kloop going into his 5th year.

Wosrsestill, is the barren idea that we can’t criticize or question his position because there is no replacement, I mean! The mentality of this club is soft, too soft especially when it matters and it is not getting better. Pep has been the convenient excuse and it is littered on this thread.

If the goal is to continue spending for top 4 then let’s be on same page about it.

Sir
So what do we do with this info?

Should we sack him.
If the answer is yes....who is his replacement that can win us a trophy spending like Klopp who is your reference coach.
Moyes is there.
Come is there.
Graham Porter
Better still Tomas Tuchel?

In the last 3 season over 37 Manager have challenged Pep.
He still won.

We are dragging with him to the last day of the EPL.
Pep himself has been bottling UCL for how many years.

Man city were not daft to sack him.
When.he bought grelish for 100M.
How many EPL clubs could afford it.
That same year them no pass quarter final.

My Argument is " spending does not translate to winning cups.
Building coaching the team till each player understand each other does.

If u see a team on the ascendancy then u look for what can make the team better.
Even with Halaand Real Madrid with no clear recognizable striker still best Mancity. So Real Madrid is to UCL what Mancity is to Pep.
It day will come this guys this gunners team will win if they continue pushing.

We all complained of Harvetz now he's unstoppable according to team dynamics. See the progress and encourage.

EPL never finish set una don dey whine.

Guy theu seem nervous because United players were really determined in the first 15 minutes of the games. Also Ten Hag changed team players in position.
This is the first time I'm seeing Arambat in midfield. He used to play pseudo-left back. Arambat was man marking Saka. Until the goal
Then he opted for fast wingers.
Partey who is suppose to be our calming midfield maestro is misplacing paces and passing back too much.
Gabriel Jesus is the person I see that can scatter man- U coordination.
But I don't know who to remove.
