The tire rim becomes hot causing the toncibrate and halts movement till It comes to a stand still.
We've been on it for few weeks
My mechanic and I have diagnose the problem to be calipers of the front right tire.
Please how much is calipers? Tokumbo or new.
Also engine seat . What to by two.

My Toyota corolla 2006 is having movement issue.

When it happens the car begins to sound like a throttle being pressed but very slow movement till it comes to a halt. The car whether in drive does not move or even in neutral cannot be pushed.

Before it starts the movement episode it would raise a little then Jack forward to move as normal

Then when you leave the car to cool day like 3hrs.
You can then move it.

My mech is thinking between fuel pump or gear.
Note that I have never worked on the gear before. The oil is also not black. Since I bought it in 2019. Naija used but in very pristine condition from some one who was relocating overseas reason for being sold.

How do you know I don't buy a car from abroad?. The first screenshot was 2012, Customs Increased duties on specific products including vehicles. You sit down and talk ignorantly as if this was ever the first time duties would be increased. Even as at 2012, there was no plan by the Govt to revive local industry. To you, it got worse because Tinubu allowed the true reflection of the value of our currency than the arbitrage and unsustainable old system. We know how hectic it was getting FX to import goods for ordinary citizens while the super rich bribed their way getting cheaper dollars than you and I. You want Govt to slash import duties to 50% , that's the most ridiculous thing I have heard from an unpatriotic element this year.

Govt granted waiver on paper but it was never implemented on the portal.
I work directly on those desk and trade.
Till the time elapsed. It was never implemented.
Cars and almost every tangible thing was made expensive.
I'm.not here to say who to blame.
Anybody is free not to use their eyes and brain. I won't do that for any one.
But pls take the issue of waiver out.
We received circular but nothing was reflecting.

He's yet to give me receipt of the payment, meaning he's expecting me to balance up. And still pay the new rent.

He increased the rent in-between the same rent year I have already paid completely and still he's expecting me to balance up. Note, there was no prior information on any increment before I made the payment.

I think you're right. But all he's left to do is to plead for a month extra to vacate since has not been able to find a house. He doesn't even have money to fund any case that would result to that. So, he's at the mercy of the new landlord.

I have a case like this but not like his case.

Mine, I paid rent in October 1st (expiration rent date) to the designated account landlord gave me when I packed in few years back, when he came back from Canada in December, he gave me a letter, telling me he's increasing the rent. When I opened the letter, I saw that it will take effect from March this year.
I don't know what to do because, I am not intending to pay any money aside the increased new rent in this coming October, as he's yet to give me a receipt for that payment which may be that he's expecting me to balance up with the new rent before issuing me the receipt.

What do you suggest I do?

You paid Oct 2024.
In Dec 2024 he gave you a letter saying that his rent will increase.
That means the letter is giving u an "ahead notice " of which your next rent will take effect. In Oct 2025.
If you paid your rent complete as at that time, the effect is Oct 2025 as you are on yearly rent.
If you haven't paid completely you will incur the increase on the balance for the outstanding month starting from March
