IHS is calculated like this:

For one year course,your visa will start a month to your course start date and four months extra after completion of your course.
In your case,your course is 11 months,so you will be given 16months visa altogether ,12months IHS is £470 and half payment of the remaining months which is less than 6months £235 making £705.

I think you are missing the point, i'm not saying that one will not get a job with certificate from lowly ranked university, sure you will but its nothing compared to the sort of job and salary a graduate from Oxford, Cambridge, etc will command

is like a footballer who plays for Sheffield United and the one that plays for Man united, Liverpool or Arsenal , they are all footballers but the pay package hugely differs.

Given the opportunity everyone of us here will pick highly ranked university over lowly ranked one.

Many of us can't afford those expensive universities which is why we settle for cheap and cheerful ones.

I tried using Fidelity Bank for my initial deposit after 2 wks of no results, I moved my fund to Access Bank, in less than 36 hrs, I was debited. Now awaiting my swift copy.

Use smartphone to read QR sticker on vaccination card. It automatically takes you to the NPHDA web that will show your vaccination status (full/partial), your name, type of vaccine, date the vaccine was taken, etc

My wife (fully vaccinated) travelled last week through Lagos without being asked of pre-departure Covid-19 test. Although, she did the test just in case the immigration guys want to give her stress.

Ensure you read the QR sticker on vaccination card and your status of full vaccination is online.

1 Yes you need to do another test for UK application
2 No it will not affect your chances. Just declare it in your application and move on
3 This depends on naira rate to pounds as at the date of visa application. Visa fee: standard (21 days according to the UKVI) is £350 while priority is £570 (350+220)
NHS fee is £705 for a course of 12 months

I applied for Form A by 10am yesterday and was debited by 1pm, got telex by 1:30 pm, sterling bank just surprised me.
