CFCfan: I don't think those projects are mere political stunts. In fact, to me, they are vital if Lagos is to have adequate infrastructure to cater for the projected 40 million people that would be residing in the metropolis by 2020. These projects will turn Lagos into one of Africa's, and indeed the world's leading financial centres, rivalling the likes of Hong Kong and New York.
