Flushing is your best approach as you may have to drain and refill twice to achieve desired result.

The consumption is that high because all three items detected are supply fuel related & relate the info to your brain box to increase or decrease fuel consumption and any malfunction on both can trigger an abnormal increase in fuel supply.

My 2007 DC shows check engine light is on ABS and a spanner sign light is on ,on the dash board .Car gurus what does it mean.furthermore the previous user change the engine oil for two times with total 20w50 oil. I want to service the engine is advisable to use the recommended Honda 5w20 or I should stick to the total 20w50 which the previous had used?

The specified oil for your vehicle is 5W20 or 5W30, reversing to it now maybe quite expensive for you.
A scan will show the reason for engine light & a bad a ABS sensor responsible for ABS light
