Dear Nairalanders

I am a young twenty something year old guy looking to rent a mini-flat or self-contained room in Lagos (mainland).

I would like a place that meets all of the following conditions:

- Good electricity (at least 15 hours a day)
- Clean water
- Not prone to flood
- Good security
- Not too far from Oshodi

Is this achievable without having to break the bank? If so please recommend any area I am likely to find a place like this.

I was thinking Yaba, but I heard robberies are quite common in Yaba. Is this true?

God bless.

Hello guys, I was posted to a place I didn't like for clearance cos I usually fall I'll, so I tried to change my LGA to another place with I was comfortable with. The issue here is, my dashboard changed to the LGA I wanted but I also found out that my scheduled day for clearance was also on that same day. I had to go to my new PPA to get an acceptance letter but the told me to wait that it had to come from their headquarters. So my question here is that can I do my clearance without the acceptance letter? Will I get cleared if I didn't thumbprint on my scheduled date? And what should I do seeing as clearance is ending in 2days time?.. Help

Go and thumbprint at ur new lga and explain all these to ur lgi

Inverter for 21k and battery for 36k

wow that's good..is it pure sine wave?

ajabani4allah:
I got the 2000watts Suoer inverter with inbuilt 20Ah charger just last week. I am using it with 75Ah battery capacity and i have been having a very good result, more than 7hrs of use with one ceiling fan and two lead bulbs. The charger stops charging automatically when the battery is full

I am planning to leave the charger permanently plug to the main to ensure the the battery remains always fully charged and at the same time i want to avoid chrging while the inverter is on and carrying load. To the gurus in the house plese i need your advice on how to go about this. I already put up a chageover though not automatic. Please i want to understand all the necessary measures i need to put in place to ensure i do not damage anything. Thanks

Aw much did u get it for?

I want to relocate to Lagos, I need an area that's within 1 to 2 hours from Victoria island during morning/ evening traffic (commercial transport).

I will like a self-con with water, my budget is just 200k (including agent fee etc). I also want a safe neighbourhood (to avoid weekly phone donation).

I realize my budget is low, please give your best suggestions. I welcome any advice I can get, I will be in the comments section.

You better go find house jejely for abule egba Ayobo axis
