Cardio Getting physical can ramp up the pleasure for you and your partner. Any activity that gets your heart beating faster and you breathing harder, from brisk walking to cycling, can boost blood flow —for both genders: stronger erections for men, and greater arousal for women. Swimming Male and female swimmers in their 60s have sex lives similar to people 20 years younger. Swimming builds endurance, boosts blood flow, improves flexibility and strength, and slashes stress. It also burns some serious calories, a plus for anyone who’s overweight, especially obese men with erectile dysfunction. Core and Abs Work A strong, flexible core underpins most everything you do. That includes performing between the sheets. You may be one of the lucky people who can have an orgasm while exercising— sometimes called a “coregasm.” It tends to happen during core-strengthening workouts like crunches. Frog Pose This move will make you more flexible during lovemaking. It’s an intense hip opener that stretches your inner thighs, groin, and hips. It also releases stress, which can be a real buzz-kill in bed. Hinge To help hold yourself in a “favourable position” without your back or legs giving out, the Hinge is perfect. Lean back at a 45-degree angle for a few seconds before returning upright, and repeat. The move is subtle but creates a lot of staying power. Kegels Developed to treat urinary incontinence, these strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, and that means explosive orgasms. Women may be more familiar with Kegels, but they also help men prevent premature ejaculation. But studies show half of people don’t do them correctly. Plank This is a perfect way to strengthen the deepest layer of your ab muscles (transversus abdominis), along with your upper arms, thighs, and buttocks. These muscles help stabilize you so you can stay close to your partner when and where it counts most. Do it once a day, and build up to 60 seconds or longer. If it’s too challenging on your toes, try balancing on your knees instead. Continued on http://www.eyesreport.com/page.php?search=165

Only one of the 36 states can afford to pay workers’ salaries with internally generated revenues, Daily Trust investigations revealed—underscoring the level of dependence of the federating units on the central government. The remaining 35 states generate only a fraction of funds they require to settle their wage bills annually. This means that without federal funds, these states cannot even afford salaries payment, not to talk of executing any projects. Daily Trust obtained information on states’ wage bills and drew comparisons with data on their internally generated revenues (IGR), published by the National Bureau of Statistics. The result showed that onlyLagos State can pay salaries of its workers by solely relying on revenues generated internally. None of the 19 Northern states has this much financial muscle. They all depend on federally-allocated subventions, mainly made up of funds generated from sales of crude oil that is extracted down south. http://eyesreport.com/news.php?entry_id=356 |
bad meat: That's why Nigeria can't be rich?Lazy states with no idea to attract investments!I agree with you. Why should a government keep a work force that can't even produce enough money to pay themselves? |

Major Hamza Al-Mustapha, former Chief Security Officer to late Head-of-State, Gen. Sani Abacha, has challenged ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo, to a public debate on any issue concerning Nigeria. Al-Mustapha threw the challenge in an interview with the Hausa Service of the Voice of America, monitored in Abuja, on Wednesday. The former CSO was reacting to news reports about portions of a letter written by Obasanjo to President Goodluck Jonathan, alleging that snipers were being trained in North Korea. He explained that he was not around when Obasanjo’s letter became public, but read about it in the media. The military officer said ex-President Obasanjo knows that he knows Nigeria as much as he (Obasanjo) knows the country. As such, he was ready to face the former President anywhere in the world to discuss Nigeria. Al-Mustapha said “first of all, he (Obasanjo) did not mention me by name in his letter. Secondly, he knows that “I know Nigeria as much as he does, if he has something to tell me, I want him to come out and tell me straight. “He should ask me or challenge me, I challenge him to (discuss) anything about Nigeria that he wants to talk about even long before he became Head-of-State (1976-1979), I am ready to meet him in public anywhere in the world”. Responding to a specific question on allegations that he was privy to the on-going training of snipers, Al-Mustapha swore that there was nothing of the sort. The former CSO said he is a Muslim and has over the years facilitated the recruitment of northerners into security agencies and has never been involved in anything to betray the north. Al-Mustapha also said he has forgiven all those who harmed him during his travails. He observed that people who did not fear God find it difficult to understand how sincere he is when he said he has forgiven all. He accused an unnamed individual based in Kaduna, for spreading falsehood about his person and his activities. According to him, from 1974 till date, there have been so many secrets that encouraged lies to cover the truth. This, he said could be cleared up if Obasanjo takes up the challenge to face him in public. http://eyesreport.com/news.php?entry_id=340 |
Bulletproof Cars: Another 10 Bulletproof Cars imported for another Government Official http://eyesreport.com/news.php?entry_id=338 |
Bulletproof Cars: Another 10 Bulletproof Cars imported for another Government Official Saudi Cargo Plane That Blocked Abuja Airport Runway Was Carrying Bulletproof Cars For Another Govt. Agency The uproar generated by the purchase of two BMW bulletproof cars by the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA, has barely died down than another government agency has been revealed as being behind the purchase of 10 bulletproof cars, of which at least no fewer than five them were flown into the country by a Saudi Airline cargo plane that was involved in the Abuja airport mishap about three weeks ago. The Saudi embassy in Abuja, which made the disclosure weekend, said the cars were meant to be delivered to the Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON), Kaduna. It would be recalled that the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, was shut down for almost 24 after a Saudi airlines plane hit runway repair equipment and got stuck there until it was removed several hours later. In its statement which was meant to clarify reports in a section of the media that the cargo plane contained illegal arms and weapons, the embassy said the cargo was neither “dangerous nor prohibited,” as it was conveying 100 tonnes of bulletproof cars which were part of a supply contract for delivery to DICON in Kaduna. Jonathan replies Obasanjo through proxy In what appears as an indirect response by President Goodluck Jonathan to the letter written him by former President Olusegun Obasanjo, a pro-Jonathan politician, Senator Ameh Ebute, Saturday, blasted Obasanjo for daring to castigate Jonathan for the nation’s woes. The former senator accused Obasanjo of instituting unprecedented corruption in Nigeria and trying desperately to illegally extend his tenure for selfish reasons, thereby lacking the credibility to accuse Jonathan of any wrongdoing. Ebute, a one-time Senate President of Nigeria, responded in an 18-pages letter to the letter fired by Obasanjo to Jonathan, in which he accused the president of failing the nation in several ways and committing blunders that threaten to destroy the country. The politician, who did not say whether he was authorised by the Jonathan or not, however, wrote as if he was a spokesman for the Presidency, blaming Obasanjo for the current problems in Nigeria, which Jonathan was battling to resolve. Ebute noted, “As an obsessed letter writer, Chief Obasanjo may unwittingly view his tirades against sitting governments as building a legacy to be celebrated when he departs; he does not see the effects of debasement, deformation, destruction, disunity, hatred and defamation in his actions. “Selfless leaders with character build peace, build harmony, build unity and build love. However, it appears our erstwhile President has lost it all. Like what Billy Graham said, “When character is lost, all is lost”. He said that Obasanjo had no moral grounds to accuse Jonathan of destroying the People’s Democratic Party, having himself been responsible for the crisis currently rocking the party. According to the politician, it was Obasanjo, who planted the seed of discord that is threatening the party and not Jonathan. “It is ridiculous that Chief Obasanjo, a self-acclaimed democrat, should accuse President Goodluck Jonathan as the one responsible for the lingering crisis in PDP, which pre-dated his emergence as the leader of the party”, Ebute said. ” President Jonathan’s alleged crime is his refusal to publicly denounce those craving his return in 2015. Chief Obasanjo further accused President Jonathan of clandestinely dictating the actions of the party Chairman, Alhaji Bamanga Tukur. These unsubstantiated claims posit a curious but intriguing parallel and calls for self-examination on the part of the Owu Chief. “When in 2002, before INEC officially signaled political activities for the 2003 elections, posters and propaganda materials adorned all nooks and crannies of Nigeria for Chief Obasanjo’s re-election, how many of such people did he publicly denounce? ” Even when it became open knowledge in 2005 that Chief Obasanjo surreptitiously attempted to use his cronies to insert in the output of the National Political Reform Conference a clause to elongate his tenure for a third term, since he thought it was only he who had the single inalienable right to rule Nigeria for life, did hereunder any public denial? “Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has no moral credentials to accuse President Jonathan of responsibility for the travails of the PDP. These crises, as earlier noted, predate the incumbent leader of the party.” http://eyesreport.com/news.php?entry_id=327 |
