This is what u would do

1. Stop taking beer, soda, factory sugar, burger and sharwama. And don't eat bread before u sleep

2. Eat more fruit and vegetable

3. Sop eating heavy food late night.

4.Replace the sugar u add in your tea, pap and other things with original honey

Then do sit ups, start with 10, increase to 20 and u could stop at 50 so u don't go beyond your limit, be consistent u will get use to it, before February, u will look at the mirror and me super impressed of how good and healthy u will look, talking from experience

I felt really bad inside.

Funny thing is my younger brother that got into Y! because I was his motivation then, dey try set me up to return back to the game.

Devilish pastor.But why is it that people are too lazy and stupid to find,reach out to God on their own, and establish a one on one relationship with Him? Must they depend on a pastor whose genuineness is unverified,to lead them to God?
We all have equal access to God, and as His Children,we can hear from Him in various ways including dreams and visions.
No damned pastor has the monopoly on that,but so much brainwashing and emotional manipulation is going on in churches, particularly the New Generation,that many Christians have turned religious zombies.
That's why we shouldn't allow any pastor interpret the Bible for us.We should learn to read it on our own,open up our minds to the Word, and The Holy Spirit will guide us accordingly.
Pastors of today interpret the Bible, mainly with the aim of amassing material riches, and fools fall for it.

If you have 10m Naira you have no business leaving Nigeria. If you cannot find a business to turnaround and compound that capital, then your problem is not Nigeria but you.

If you can find a business that can generate 10% a month, in 12 months you will have 30m, in 2 years, N100m and in 3 years, N300m. You will never achieve that kind of success abroad.

Poverty and lots of uncertainty fuels our being religious here. It reduces once you get to better country. There's obviously less to pray for. Moreso, most so called religious people in Nigeria are being religious from the place of fear of evil, and not the love for God.

They travelled last year 2021. It must have been during the summer holiday. It was my younger brother, my half sibling that told us that she now has documents. That is his direct sister. I am from a polygamous home.
