One confuse 40yrs old man, who spent most of his years playing draft and ludo, waiting for land tax while his fellow citizen was hustling on the street, asked for the streets of the ordinary man, this is it. i see no poverty, i see no hungry and malnourished looking citizens, neither do i see sad faces and people with stunted growth. NBS data will not save you from your poverty, worse is you dont travel, hence you are intellectually and geographically limited 31 Likes 6 Shares

Jealousy is a disease. They must hate to be relevant. The harder they try, the hardest you must ignore them. they will fade off by their own shame. 21 Likes 4 Shares

AniOmaa: Bro, don’t Bleep with Asaba mehn, it’s another place I respect, from Okpanam, opposite the airport, down to the heart of Asaba is a sea of magnificent duplexes with neck breaking roofs that can make you want to disown your father if he doesn’t measure up. You see it when driving down from Benin to Asaba. I heard business men from Onitsha hold sway in the development of properties there. SkyMall Owerri is being developed by Bildiamo limited owned by Samson Ogbuji. Thank God he remembered home. Ebeano should open an outlet in the east as fast as possible. The eastern economy is fast growing. They are also the owners of SkyMall at Sangotedo, along lekki Epe express way, Lagos. The second largest mall in Ajah/sangotedo axis of Lagos... http://skymall.com.ng/about/ 2 Likes 1 Share

BON HOTEL TRIPOD OWERRI(with a roof top ) This is a multi-national brand, rushing down to owerri, just like Protea. All these made possible because of the name Owerri has created for itself. This is the same way Benz, or Toyota can decide to site its factory in Nnewi or Timberland opening an outlet factory in Aba. Mind you, Owerri is their third in Nigeria, after Abuja and Lagos 23 Likes 2 Shares

I come in peace. Just two years after the mall was built in this area, a plot of land jumped from 7million Naira to 13milliin. In some places, it is up to 20m, especially the ones close to the main road. Just look behind the mall and see American wonders going on there. 17 Likes 3 Shares
