KingAzubuike: What's wrong with a 19 year old being a night crawler? Everything is wrong, he's still a teenager for one A NYSC member at that.. If he was serving in another state would his father have been monitoring him? NYSC member, yes. But he's still a teenager. Faster education is not equal to maturity. If you don't know your teenage son's movements because he's not under your roof doesn't mean you shouldn't care when he's under your roof. It's even obvious his father even worked his posting secretly to abuja so he could monitor him well. Let's assume you're correct with this assumption (understand that assumption is dangerous), is it wrong to monitor your teenage son's movements? If you do, that means something was already wrong all along before now. Africans and our weird mentality. just look at you having problem with a 19 year old kid being a night crawler. Stop looking down on your own. Many western folks I have seen would tell their teenagers same thing. And if they're of legal age, parents would tell them to comply with their rules or get out of their house if they now feeling too big. Quick question: do you think that kid murdered with clear eyes even though there was no report of the man physically disciplining him? |

I mumu sha aa but it's only guys that weren't raised by a real man or from poor homes that would think what I did was too extreme.
Everyman has at one point in their life done foolish things for a girl. Hypocrites will laugh and judge but in secret guys like that do worse. You are being defensive. Was it your responsibility to do all that for her? Someone sent her to school and that person wasn't you. May be you have forgotten what the title of this thread says. No need to be attacking people, you went over the board doing all those things for her. |

UnlimitedNG: Today is Saturday, you may be married now or still single...Let's reflect on the stupid things we have done for the sake of love and let us all get entertained with the experiences...
I stumbled on a post on this topic and I flashed back to my personal experience some years ago. So, let me start with mine. Mind you, I am now happily married with 3 children.
Some years ago I was doing strong-head chasing for this Kogi babe I met during NYSC. She relocated to Sokoto after camp. One Friday night around 11p.m., she called me on WhatsApp: “Babe, I just dey miss you anyhow. If to say you dey here now…”
As Lagos boy with mumu love, I stood up from my bed in Surulere. Next thing, I was at Jibowu park. No toothbrush, no ATM card, just ₦18k and the hoodie I was wearing. I entered God is Good night bus to Sokoto. Sixteen hours journey o.
I didn’t even tell her I was coming. I wanted it to be a “romantic surprise”. I arrived Saturday afternoon, dusty, smelling like conductor’s armpit, and called her. She shouted: “Ah! You no serious! I just landed in Lagos this morning for my cousin’s wedding!”
Immediately, my brain reset. I stood under Sokoto sun for 10 minutes, calculating my life. I used my last ₦3k to buy fura da nono and sat at the park. Then, I took the next night bus back to Lagos on Sunday. Roughly 32 hours on the road total. She sent me “awww thanks for trying” with laughing emoji.
Till today, my wife still calls me, “Sokoto lover” because I told her about the experience... and NEPA took light the day I tried to explain myself. Mehn, o lo far!! |

KingAzubuike: Some parents can be sometimes strangetho.
Fine its good to be prudent and meticulous with money but sometimes, there are things that shouldn't just be so.
I get one like that for my area, with all the money and investments he has, you just need to see how wretched all his children looks.
It just doesn't sit well at all.
Rip to the man tho. You are making zero sense concerning this news. Would you allow your 19 years old son to be a night crawler? You're reading one thing but your brain is busy interpreting another thing. The kid who was probably high on hard substance. Would he even know what he had done until the following morning? You think Trump can afford to purge all immigrants doctors, nurses, pharmacists and students with temporary visas and USA won't be short of those professionals and their Universities won't feel it too? Trump is old, his brain is failing already, he doesn't understand the implications of his own many actions and policies, all he wanted to do is to purge as many immigrants as possible. Just few days ago, he had to lift ban on doctors and other medical professionals from applying for visas. Why? Because USA cannot afford not to allow them in temporarily or permanently |

He downloaded an app
An app he has not named
Android by default will block unknown apps and give multiple warnings so he did not install the app he got from social media by accident
Sounds to me like he deliberately installed a pirated app, gave it full permissions and is now amazed that it stole all his passwords etc. I believe that's exactly what he said. If you don't download app from playstore, you have to give it permission yourself to be able to install it. I'm guilty of this with tubemate app. Mistake has been made already |

wildcatter23: RELATIONSHIP IS NOT FOR THE WEAK🤦🤦
I went to a restaurant this evening to get food for my girlfriend.
After getting the food and just as I was about to leave, I saw two lovers arguing.
I asked the girl what the issue was, and she explained that they had also come to get food.
Their bill was supposed to be ₦8,300, but the waiter mistakenly charged them ₦7,800, which the guy paid.
As they were about to leave, she noticed the mistake and told her boyfriend to go back and pay the remaining balance, but he refused.
That disagreement eventually led to their breakup.
Is that enough to warrant a breakup?
What do you guys think?
Was the lady loyal to the guy? Chisave: So she should encourage his cheating habit. She must have seen the sign and tried to correct it but the guy will be doing strong head. But this particular one broke the camels back. Imagine cheating a food vendor of N500. brain54: Why should she be loyal to a cheat and a fraudulent guy...?
It's probably not the first time the guy has shown such characters. It might be a turn off for the lady in question.
