Tinubu loves Nigeria. He has his eyes on history and posterity. It's actually politically risky for any president to take these hard decisions in a first tenure. PBAT is aware that taking the decision in the second tenure will be a waste because it will not be driven to logical conclusion.

Nigeria will realize her potential after Tinubu's eight years. The great task for him is to start early to shop for a visionary, brilliant and ambitious Nigerian that will take over from him. This is the only way to replicate the Asian tigers and Lagos experience. We will be worse off if a populist candidate wins the next election. He will not have the audacity to continue and drive the reforms.

Is it a sin for Nigerians to benefit something from their own government just like citizens in Saudi, UAE, Canada, UK, USA, China and the rest?
The funny aspect is that all these Nigerians that we're electing and appointing into power would easily become millionaires and in some cases, become billionaires just under four years. Some would even be on pension for life just for serving/stealing for four years . And they're even getting everything free during the period they are "serving" us.
What is wrong if subsidies on fuels (petrol, diesel and kerosene) are made available for Nigerians? Are our leaders not enjoying all these things?

Ever since I I bought dis tecno 40c,it has been from one hanging to another,u can't use more than 2 apps at once.at times it will hang for almost 3 minutes before it will return to default setting,I jst regret buying dis phone..

I thinking of swapping it with a better Samsung phone, but I don't know which to go for since I have not used Samsung phone before,and I don't want to make another mistake of buying another nonsense phone...

The landlord didn't send him to put tiles so it's basically not part of the agreement, y can't the man go n rent house with tiles?

The reason y I can never support the tenant is because it happened to my dad's house but it didn't turn violent, the man was just sued to court to explain the reason for his actions.

At the end of the day he was made to understand that no matter what u do in the house u will never remove it while going.

The reason for this is because some tenants will fix ac, pop, tiles and everything and when they are leaving they will scatter everything in d house all in the name of removing what they did n the landlord will have to spend double their rent to fix it before another tenant can move in

Just lately a man fix solar panel on the roof n when he was leaving they removed it badly that the roof was leaking, his rent was 550k and over 350k was used to fix that.

So I support the landlord on this

While your reasons are valid, some landlords arbitrarily increase the house rent just because they observed that the tenants have renovated the houses and thereby increased its rent value. And they would want the tenants to leave so that they can reap the benefits of the tenants efforts and resources. It is nothing but wickedness
