Last time I went to the hospital for routine checks, my blood pressure was up beyond normal level.

I took to the field doing brisk walking thrice weekly for 3 weeks.I was able to achieve 10,000 steps on each walks which takes a little over 1hr 30mins.

The next time I took my reading, I was impressed with the results.

Yep, I heard so too, many years ago as a teenager fascinated with tattoos. I said I would like to get one and my aunty said it's a sin and even pointed out the scripture to me. I can't recall it any longer but she was right

That pretty much killed the fascination and idea of getting one. If you show me proof of something in scripture I do my best to restrain myself from going against it. But I don't always need biblical evidence to abstain from what doesn't feel right or good.

My brother, you said it exactly how it is. I lived there in Accra for over a decade and I can tell you these people are the most evil and pretentious people, no evil act that they can’t carry out but will turn around to blame NIGERIANS for every of their problems.

Some of the Ghanaians are good people but most of them especially the men are very evil, envious and haters. An average Ghanaian behave like a saint but deep down, they are opposite but then, Nigerians will always take the blame for their evil deeds.

I had to leave (despite my mom being a Ghanaian) after years of enduring their foolishnesss and hatred for Nigerians, I only shake my head when I see Nigerians who have never been there saying “they are our brothers” , they are not, they have low self esteem and inferiority complex when it comes to Nigerians.

However, I want a skill that i can easily learn from now to December and be getting paid in dollas.. I want to be financially free soonest..

I have enough time and data to learn whatever valuable skill you may suggest.. i just need guidance on which path (skill) to follow (learn)

The difference between democracy and autocracy is one of one man's decisions versus the collective decisions of the citizens which is better.
