Upfront medical : April 28, 2021 ( we said let's do medical to see if it will speed things up, lol jokes)
Medical passed: June 14, 2021 (just see how long it took them to update medical!)
Eligibility started: July 23, 2021
PPR and correspondence letter: this morning July 27th @ 4:34am!

What a wait! Basically this application took 5 months and 16 days. I remember I considered withdrawing the application at some point, but you all encouraged me to hold on! During this waiting period, 3 gcms notes were ordered and the fourth one has been ordered as well. All the gcms notes received didn't have much info as eligibility was blank. Each time I got the gcms notes, I was always disappointed that eligibility was blank. Now that I think of it, I guess it's not a bad thing...

I just want to use this medium to thank everyone for their support through out this journey! This is a wonderful platform and we all draw strength and hope from one another! One thing that helped me during the long wait was seeing other people's approval postings. I was always encouraged by those success stories. I remember telling myself that my testimony was near when DD097 and demure got approved as we all applied around the same time and faced this delay..

In short, this is a wonderful platform and I hope more people get to know about the wonderful support we have here! Thanks to all the gurus and everyone that tries to assist others with their questions! If you have any questions for me , please feel free to ask here so others can learn from it ! I'm rooting for all my co- February applicants and any one with a delayed application and of course everyone on here , that you will all get a favourable response soon in Jesus name!

APPLICATION DETAILS:

University Of Windsor, Master Of Medical Biotechnology, Fall, 2021. My dad is my sponsor and I paid the compulsory CA$4k tuition deposit. My monthly salary is #87,500 and I attached 3 months payslip and 6months MBS of salary acct. Bin working in a community pharmacy since December 2018 and I also attached a reference letter from my employer.

-SOP 6pages
-Sponsor's personal bank statement: 19.5m
-My own statement: 4.3m (4.1 from my sponsor as living expenses and I had 200k)
-Sponsor's landed property (like 10) and I claimed itz worth over 300m (no evaluation)
-I did a deed of gift from my sponsor to me, for a piece of land, and I back dated to April 2018, so I claimed my sponsor gave me as a graduation gift, since I graduated in Sept 2017.
-CAC docs of sponsor's companies, with one being a good hotel which I claim itz over 200m, and also noted in my SOP dat i own a 10% shares with docs to back it.
-UK travel history and old visas with the last expired 2yrs which I ddnt evn use.
- I schooled in Cotonou, Benin Republic, So I added the stamps too.
-My siblings; First as a director in one of my dad's company, I am d 2nd, 3rd as manager in anoda of my dad's company, 4th, a recent graduate from a private uni in Nigeria (Nothing to support d claims, jst family pics in Naija, UK and my pics at work wearing my white coat)
-I flaunted my sponsor well!!!!!!
-My SOP was really directed to Nigeria and Africa. I talked abt how much we are dependent on imported medicines, and how we were handicapped during the pamdemic, since our major importers, India and China couldn't export bcuz the covid hit dem so badly. I talked abt our drug importation of over $500m in 2018 and expected hike of over $1bn in year 2030 and compared it to our export of only $800k (With reference links).
-I talked about the AfCFTA which is signed already and how it will be good for manufacturing should be accelerated in Nigeria....Nd also, how I can easily export across Africa since my father is a freight forwarding mogul and how this will contribute to my country's GDP.

I got 4 US F-1 visa denials, ans the last one was in November, 2020. Same biotechnology course, but issues av been that I wasn't well informed, I was using my dad's corporate bank statement. I jst see say v.o go dey gbadun my speech for interview, dem go say mk I bring bank statement, if I just show dem, dem go say "sorryy....". One time sef, my passport sleep embassy, e no still come back wit Us Visa......Aiye le o!!!! Datz y I jst used personal statement now as I got more informed!

Good evening house,please I was refused visa this morning and the pictures below are the reasons they wrote on the letter, I already applied for my gcms notes and I was hoping you could help me out. Am a computer Engineering graduate but I applied for a post graduate certificate in project management.

I know it is online. The problem is that I need to pay my tuition and accommodation fee so as to enable me convince the officer going to read my sop and grant me permit cos my school is resuming September 9. And I think there is no more time. The name of my school is Carleton University

Am going for a second bachelors degree, my first bachelors degree was in computer Engineering, the second which I just got the admission is Information Technology (Information Resource Management). I applied to Carleton University Ottawa, late last year, I paid my application fee and early today I noticed a change in my application status, my first choice says deferred late decision required but my second choice says eligible for admission. I don’t really know what next to do, any suggestion will be highly appreciated.
