Any politician planning to rig must think twice.

If a polling unit has 200 registered voters as case study and only 150 voters in that unit picked up their PVCs, it means INEC will only provide 150 ballot papers for the unit.

On election day, if only 100 persons were accredited for the unit, it means only the 100 voters can cast their votes.

Both the accredited data and poll results are sent electronically to INEC backend server @ d ward level ✓ local govt level✓ state level✓ national level from the polling unit.


If for any reason, the polling unit result eclipses 100 to like 101 and above, the centre will be cancelled for over voting. This is bcoz the poll result must be equal to or less than the accredited data.

Furthermore, you can only be accredited via your finger print or facial view or both, if both fails you won't be allowed to vote.

You can't even do accreditation twice bcoz the moment you are doing the first accreditation, your name is being ticked. If you come again na fraud e go be. You will probably be arrested.

The era where polling unit agents share and thumb print unused ballot papers are over bcoz that alone will lead to over voting and the full result from that unit will be cancelled.

The only way for rigging is now via vote buying where someone will agree to vote for candidate A and snap the thump printed column, the vote buyers will give the cash immediately evidence of voting for their candidate has been confirmed.

That's why most politicians who have stashed old notes in prep for vote buying have been taking FG and CBN to supreme court.

Conversely, polling unit agents can collude with INEC staff to carry out over voting so that the result of that unit can be cancelled especially if they know that their candidate has no chance of winning in that unit. Then again, other agents will counter that move.

It's delicately poised for the people to take back their country.

I pity the North where over voting will take place, cancellation of vote will yapa.

I've been calculating and bringing numbers together and I see chances for Obi in this election.

In the permutation, Obi has more chances than atiku and tinubu provided that rigging wll be prohibited and thugs will not be allowed to move about displaying madness.
