Greetings, I would love to inquire from all here, especially those who had been able to secure education loan from "unpopular financial institutions". Got a conditional offer recently from Thompson Rivers University (MBA) , and just found out the institution isn't on the list of popular student loan financers, such as MPower and progidy, despite lower tuition fees. Using another offer but not Canadian, MPower was will to offer x3 of the amount of TRU. I kind of find this intriguing. Now, I am inquiring for legit loan financers that might be unpopular or less known, or better still Canadian banks that offer even cosigner loans. I would appreciate response especially from TRU applicants or students, or students who had successfully navigated this challenge previously. Shalom and thanks in advance |
TaxLawyer:Is there a projected date. Got two offers, I am praying it should not be rescinded before Trump changes his mind. It will be heartbreaking if he revised after students miss their slots. |
chimex38:Lol |
chimex38:yep, secured. |
mallamOmonile1:Dispite a very merger amount, both my fidson and Tip right funds were returned. Too bad for retail inclusion! |
ATTAHDYE:I wasn't banned, was referring to the general visa restrictions. Thank you. |
Greetings all, am new to this thread. Is anyone here studying at Thompsons Rivers University? I would love to know more from a student (Nigerian student) perspective about the school, environment, off-campus jobs, Visa success rate, racist tendencies, etc. Wouldn't want to depend on online views. Thanks, it's also my first time considering Canada. I have focused on USA, got some offers....but visa ban! |

Greetings sir, I have noted your consistence mentioning of the current administration in the negative light in response to economic upheavals in the country. In certain instances, you were right and it is actually your constitutional right to hold them accountable. However, when many hands cook a meal, it usually doesn't taste well. I believe you have over-flogged the issue for long. While I am no fan of the current administration (did not vote for any either and am also Igbo), I think the way you relay on it its unpatriotic. I haven't gain much from Nigerian government, rather I have been ripped of many opportunities, but we move on. A good number of my professors did tell me "... young man you are good, immediately you graduate leave Nigeria, but i had faith in the path the Goodluck administration was putting in place and stayed back after rejecting some international offers which came almost immediately I graduated, although because it wasn't fully funded and I couldn't pay the pre-requirements. Then Buhari came and it became history. Buhari charted us into this mess and I hope even by miracle, Tinubu might somehow change the path. Just maybe. still, we can't lose hope or fight with ordinary fellow Nigerians. We must not transfer to pain others. Whether we like it or not, like I repeatedly tell people, we must give accolade to Tinubu in certain areas especially the oil industry, even though we all know he stole the mandate. I respect him for having a vision to be president and achieved it at all old. Personally, it keeps motivating me towards my long-term goal. I put it to you that the likelihood of him not retaining the position after 2027 is abysmally low. I Project him to win by crook or hook come 2027. the signs are already there. Peter Obi might have been a good fit but by Nigeria nature, he may have to wait or dig dirty in order to redeem the dirty. Yet, I don't trust any Nigerian politician. For me as a young man, all know is to chart my own path to success with honesty and hard work. My pain majorly is the current tax reforms, while progressive, may not produce significant benefit for the common man but for the Top Guy to re-loot. Example is the social empowerment scheme, subsidy is gone statement, costal road project, Refinery Quick fix project, among others. In summary, sir let go of this issue it derails the tread. My focus is to make some cash here. it may not affect you, but it might a whole lot of others. Plus, it will indirectly. If e go red na to start to bill you here to offset bills oh. Shalom. |
Streetinvestor2:Mr Street, No firm will officially come to defraud you yojr hard earned money. Each policy had its own technicalities. You were not aware of it. An insurance company will happily pay you. Non want a fight with NICOM. As for solvency, even banks go solvent. I don't want to agree a whole Standard Alliance will do that. There is a difference between insurance policies sold out there. Although, certain firms have been indicted. |
oluwaleokey:I advice you reach the office. You should be paid. Its your right. I work with insurance firm. Are you in North? Say Kaduna or Abuja? Do you have the policy documents. I might refer you to someone. |
yok:Yes, vest is a big improvement. Yet to take advantage of the platform. Is Trade 212 now accepting Nigerians? I got a mail from them. Not sure yet, but it seems they have |
Greetings all, I will like to unquire how do i fund my Bianace and Kucoin account with naira without having issues. |
