Its very easy, there are different ways that u can entertain urself when u are at home,
All u need is gotv and an lcd with a very low wattage or a PC monitor that has AV input ,a 650va ups, a 12v 40ah fullriver valve regulated battery and a smart charger,
I bought my 40ah battery brand new at oshodi for 6k its equivalent to deep cycle batteries and I bought my 20amp smart battery charger at idioro mushin for 7k, with this u can stay connected to ur favorite programs on TV or watch movies on ur lcd via external hdd, if u already have an lcd TV, just check the watts ,if its above 100, then u need to get a 15inch monitor that has AV input II bought mine 5k at computer village, the smart charger charges the battery,the ups stands as the power, my 15inch monitor is 34watts while the blu ray player is just 16watts ,
So......
When there is no electricity ,my 40ah battery can power my 15inch lcd and gotv or blu ray player for full 9hrs ,
Note: It only powers my gotv,bluray and 15inch lcd, imagine if I have 2 of that battery nko? That means I will never miss my favorite programs,

These ladies, due to the certain standards they set and their requirements of the opposite sex, they tend to repel men instead of attract them.
Because of their lack of understanding of the concept of feminism, some even begin to grow a gradual dislike for men which they display through certain characters which cause men to pull away from them.

*Placing Too Much Emphasis On looks
A lot of ladies see their looks as their ultimate charm for attracting men. They see it as the only thing men want, and become oblivious of the fact that physical appearance is just a part of the requirements of wife, and they pay less attention to other parts of themselves that might need development.
Instead of them to build on their other qualities, they put all the effort and place too much attention to their looks and ignore certain aspects of themselves that need improvement.

*Not Putting Themselves Out There
There are ladies who sit around whine day to day about being single, waiting for fate to step in or magic to happen.
These ladies forget that life doesn't owe them anything, and that they have to strive and take the bull by the horns if they want to get what they want.
Of course it might be difficult for a lot of ladies putting themselves out there, as there are a lot of hindrances such as the nature of job, certain personalities traits and all that,
but that doesn't mean they shouldn't try to bring themselves out of their comfort zone.

Also, a lot of ladies fear rejection because they might have tried some relationships in times past but failed, and they let this fear creep into them and they become hesitant in wanting to commit to any new relationship.
They fail to understand that they a husband isn't just going to appear at their doorsteps They have to go out, meet people and engage in certain activities aimed at broadening their social circle.

*Being Too Desperate
Due to the fact that most ladies are so eager to marry, most show so much desperation and they end up putting too much pressure on their partners.
Some become to pushy and they constantly pressurize their partners into marrying them quickly, and this can be too demanding.
Men see that overly persistent attitude as a red light and some might even start placing meaning to it and at the end loose interest in the relationship.

*Making Themselves A Burden To Men
A lot of ladies, especially during dating tend to be too financially dependent on their partners for everything and this results in them becoming a nothing but a burden to their partners
They fail to realize that most men want women that can support them financially, not women that would just stay lazy around and expect men to just throw everything on their tables.

*Having Overly High Expectations
A lot of ladies set unrealistic expectations of the kind of man they want. Most of these standards tend to be absurd and unreasonable and it ends up limiting their choices.
You see ladies wanting their "dream' men to have particular physical characteristics, have certain educational status, attain a certain financial height, belong to a particular social class, and more often than not, they don't find men who possess all this qualities in one and keep on searching and searching until it becomes too late.

*Being Too Critical About Everything
A lot of ladies are too critical and judgmental about issues and they tend to always look at things from a pessimistic point of view.
They always tend to see nothing good in anything and they always look for someone to blame their predicaments on. All this can be really frustrating for their partners
Some are not even appreciative of little and always expect more.
They even go all the way to blame their partners for their own wrongs and most men just can't live with them.

*Not Taking Good Care Of Themselves
Although ones physical appearance isn't the most important thing men seek, but definitely, it's the first thing they see.
A lot of ladies tend not to pay too much attention on how they look, or how they dress.
They don't take care of hairs, their shape, their weights and generally, the way they look, some even dress shabbily and tattered and at the end wonder why men don't approach them.
Men are generally attracted to ladies that are attractive and if a man doesn't see a lady as such, he doesn't pay attention to her.

Giving Up Too Easily
A lot of women who might not be having it good in a relationship just tend to throw their hands up in the air and say, “I give up, there’s no point continuing"
But they fail to realize that not every guy they meet is the perfect guy
They forget that each experience be a learning experience, and they get discouraged easily.
They fail to understand that there are always trying times in every relationship and patience and perseverance is needed for things to work things out.

My point exactly. The landlord would only through d court, issue a seven day notice and then commence processes to recover his properties. A six months notice can no longer be issued to a yearly tenant who has not paid his rent for six months and above. By not paying, d tenant has voided his agreement with d landlord.

but still if the landlord is interested in court procedings the tenant must definately pay the arears owed.that's certain

A yearly tenant who has stayed in an apartment for six months without payment, has already used up his six months quit notice. The landlord can begin processes to recover his premises at d law court, d court would not give him another six months notice to quit.

Is it after his rent elapses and is due for renewal, or
Is it in between rents, i.e, say, about 6 months before his rent elapses?

I ask this because I know about someone who pays yearly rent, and halfway into his tenancy, he got a notice to quit from his landlord. He has about 6 more months before his next rent is due.
He doesn't default on his rent, pays up regularly. Is this right, or legal?

quit notice is just a notice for you to vacate a plc.the 6months notice is for you to be aware and make adequate preparation to move out.they belive by 6months you must have gotn a convinient plc nd raise funds too.weda half way or not you were given the notice for the exact 6months.No lawyer shld swt mouth you to staying after the notice have bn served,he just wants to make some money off the case.because if you go to court.you wld pay the arears,profit,the jugde hardly grant expenses.and its the court the will move your things.which you knw won't come back thesame

Hmm pls I ve a case like this... My rent expired in April I asked the landlord to give me one month to take salary and complete the with the one I have and pay the rent. A week after we had this discussion the agent sent me a quit notice, being confidence of my ability to pay I ignored and two weeks later the landlord asked me to pay half so that it will enable me to look for another house which I comply and paid him 175k which is the supposed half think by November I will look for another house cos honestly I'm tired of the rules in the compound cos u can't come home past 10pm u will be locked out by the gateman and the dogs in the compound are very destructive as well.. They eat visitors shoes and can climb the burglary anytime to do one thing or the other.... So a week after I paid the half which is 175k I came back from the office and met a court notice on my door requesting I show up in court by July 6...at this point I lost it nd confront the landlord which he said he wants me out cos u threaten to kill his dogs but on the court notice he mention several lies including me not able to pay rent for the past year till date among few they mentioned there which futunately I have all my receipts and bank tellers of payment from the inception till date. Now am due to appear in court and I don't know how to go about it.. I need a lawyer and an advise.... I ve all the tellers of payment till this last one and audio recording of my calls with his agent and himself.. I think I ve enough evidence to pull tru... But my question is can u evict somebody that have an active rent.... Cos I'm confused...

just get a lawyer and go to court.with wht you stated here.the landlord just nailed himself.never can a jugde give judgement to vacate your house imediately except you have bn given a notices before then.tel your lawyer to ask for a refund of your 6months and time to look for another plc because your life is threatened wit the behavior of your landlord

what the law states is a 6months notice. So as a landlord,and you want your tenant to pack out.you issue him a notice of 6months while his rent for 1yr is at the 6month..whereby his remaining 6months also count to his notice.because law states 6months notice.so wen ever it is given does not matter.but shld be on the expiration of the rent
