seems you forget that every penny sold from crude is Shared round the states?....so have asked the state govs wht they have used the money for?because you just hear that Nigeria sold a certain barrel of oil.the federal govt keeps it.its Shared among the states...even when finance minister was warning for rainy days.so the excess crude account will be saved.gov ameachi lead the state govs to opose her.that the money shld be shared.
