Hello, Please how can one get the City and Guilds certificate in Nigeria. My husband has an OND in electrical engineering and BSc in Electronics and Computer Engineering.

olaness:
Please I'd like to know, how can one who has an OND in electrical engineering, a City and Guilds certificate and has worked for more than 7 years as an electrical technician with NNPC qualify to work in the UK as one?

Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Babe. Was busy so I didn't reply earlier.
Theres one other lady that had EXACTLY the same situation as you a while ago. I believe she got the visa. When I saw your post, I was wondering why she posted again.
Sadly I can't Remember her moniker. Do try using Google and some key words to see if you can find her posts
Seye I believe you were active then. Can you remember?
Be that as it may. A job isn't the only tie needed for a visa. Housewives still get visas. Evaluate yourself objectively. Your husband ,what does he do? Are u guys relatively ok? If yes. Apply and be honest. Though personally I would prefer if u have prior travel history. That's me o!

Edit: I see u have uk travel history. Please apply. If you want to o!!!! cheesy
Thanks my people that greeted me. May God remember you o
Thank you

I will suggest you wait till you resume from suspension, settle the issue of bad loan before applying for visa. You might be tempted to stay back in the US if granted and decide not to come back which might affect the loan recovery process.

Make your hubby understand that We've some nice resort location in Nigeria to cool off.....

Best wishes.....
Thats unlikely , as i have travel history, and wouldn't it be stupid of me, take my three kids to the US and go and subject them to the hussles of illegal immigration. Naaaa. What of my hubby, with his good paying job, he will follow us to Us and leave his job only to be running around from immigration officers. Truth is, I just suggested US since I've never be there. I have a valid UK visa running so if US isn't coming thru, I'll go cool off in UK, pity is, it would be myself alone , without hubby and the kids.

Are you still on the company payroll?
Yes, they pay me half my salary monthly , was just thinking I might not be able to get a letter from the company since I don't be officially on leave.

The trick to answering questions is to look at it literally. Don't create other questions in your mind. Now mind you the last time, she said she lost a passport...
Hello ma"am. Can you kindly provide a suggestion to my post above?

Hello all. I've been a silent reader here, and I have taken my time to read at least 300 pages, still reading . Thank you for the enlightenment.

A quick question please, I work as a relationship manager in one of the big banks here, my team approved a loan which went bad, hence we have all been on suspension for 6 months and still going. We have gone after the loan defaulter and he has signed an undertaking to finish paying up by May next year, scary enough, we will not resume till he pays up. This has been a big issue biting my mind, hubby has been trying to make me feel good, he has suggested we go on holiday as a family for Christmas. He's scheduling his leave towards this time.. He has a good job with a nice salary. We intend to go with our three kids. We have never traveled as a family cos hubby will rather spend his money developing his projects rather than buy ticket ,lol. But I understand he's doing this to make me happy, so I'm elated he's even thinking this way as the man na ijebu

I'm thinking, can I still put it in my application I work with this bank, knowing fully well I'm on suspension , not on leave and might not get a letter from the bank? Thats just the simple dilemma I'm in, cos I dont intend to be caught up in misinterpretation.

Thank you all
