also too d fact dat d bullet is falling freely does not make it unharmful... do u know Y,,bkos if u fall freely from a 1m high table in ur house,,nothing will happen to u,,but fall freely from a 25 storey building and see weda u will live to tell d story...so d height distance matters to free falling objects

I have no business with acceleration,, I have been focused on d velocity and momentum of d bullet... I don't know why u are dragging me into acceleration matter....someone said bullets Pierced through their roof and ceiling in their house and we are trying to understand wat happened,,not to be talking about free fall due to gravity... daz my point

wat kind of talk is D's Acceleration due to force of gravity is 9.8metre per second per second written mathematically as 9.8m/s² or 9.8m/s/s. its obvious u didn't do science

9.8 m/s² is acceleration not speed or velocity. momentum deals directly with velocity not acceleration per say and d momentum of d bullet is wat makes it dangerous...since velocity deals with distance traveled and d bullet will travel a far distance from d gun upwards,, it will still travel dat same distance downwards with almost d same momentum although slightly lesser than d upward momentum

there are 2 possibilities here...
First d shooter may have shot at an inclined angle facing d roof of d house,, d house could be a storey building which d OP didn't state,,so at an inclined angle facing d roof of d storey building,, d bullet went in and came out thru d ceiling...

Second possibility is for d bullet to be shot into d sky at a momentum which is mass X velocity,, wen d bullet gets to it's peak,, it will descend back to d ground with almost d same momentum a little lesser than d ascending momentum bkos there will be minimal losses due air friction...so dat bullet is still potentially as dangerous as a bullet shot from d gun

I remember those days I used to listen to American songs,,wen dmx or Ja rule is on d mic u know,, when busta rhymes is on u know,,is it Shawn Paul or shaggy,, is it Nas,, 50 cent,,R Kelly,,Nelly,,bonethugs,, Jay-Z,,Eminem,,just name it,,they all had very distinct patterns and contents,,their creativity was top notch,,,u could easily tell who was singing and they were dynamic... sometimes one could sing on woman/Love,,next he's singing about missing a loved one dat passed,,next he's singing on politics,,next he's singing on being a champion or a hero,,another time he's singing about ruling d world..unfortunately in Nigeria,, d ones dat truly have content are are least celebrated

My father is not a learned person but he make sure all his children are graduates. My younger brother(last born and only son) rounded up his Nysc few months ago, we're just 2 girls. Honestly speaking, I gave my younger brother more love and respect that he could ever imagine. When he was serving, he would call telling me he need 10k urgently, sometimes 20k, that he will pay back. Immediately I will send it to him and he would never pay back. Same thing he does to my father.
If we ask him what's he using his allawee for?? He would angrily say so is becus we're sending him "chicken change" that's why we're asking jamb questions.

He said we don't regard him, he called my Dad a SIMP, he said my Dad listen more to my big sis and I....but he don't listen to any of his suggestions.

My brother is a 2:1 (second class upper) graduate in economics from UNIBEN. After his Nysc all he does is to sleep and eat. My Dad's good friend told my brother to come to Lagos and resume work with him. He refused. My Dad ask him if he wants to further his education (masters or professional courses)he said no....Okay follow my Dad to his cement shop and help him (my dad even promised to pay him salary) he refused....I overheard him on a call with a friend and i suspect he's now into yahoo yahoo.

Look at what happened. My big sis sent us money yesterday to celebrate this festive period. She said I should give my brother 50k, I should take 80k and give my father the rest (abt 250k). My Dad is always aware of everything.
I even added 20k out of my money and I transferred 70k to my brother, I was left with 60k (becus she also sent me hair and I plan to sell it becus I already had enough). You can imagine this ungrateful idiot started insulting me, that I cheated him. the fool angrily withdrawn the money from his account and SET IT ON FIRE (70k). He called my elder sister and started warning her saying "if he can't receive the money henceforth, she should stop sending him money again that he's the man of the house".
My Dad gave him a resetting, resounding, hot and dirty slaps. He pulled out a knife, deflated my Dad's car tyres and ran away from the house.

Everyone is not happy. I don't want my brother to live a wayward life. He's 24 years old. Please nairalanders Help!

it started as malaria... d initial tests revealed malaria till it graduated to where we are....sometimes u have to carry out intensive test to detect malaria..my sister who is lab scientist was suggesting another intensive test of which she didn't have d experience of handling... but baby is better now
