Actually if there should anywhere with more sick people it should be Africa than in the West owing to their advancement to balanced nutrition and exercising. We love our food because that's what we were trained to eat not because it's better than theirs.

Compared to food, Naija sweet pass wallahi. Everything is gotten fresh and still in it organic state while a lot of the ones shipped abroad aren't as fresh and tasty.
