They don't have more sick people abroad than in Africa. Actually if there should anywhere with more sick people it should be Africa than in the West owing to their advancement to balanced nutrition and exercising. We love our food because that's what we were trained to eat not because it's better than theirs.
Boss am talking about those africans who embrace cultures dat ain't imbibed in them.

my rants ain't about the citizens of those countries because they have improve medical factors but ours, most don't have health insurance. do you gat 1?

Compared to food, Naija sweet pass wallahi. Everything is gotten fresh and still in it organic state while a lot of the ones shipped abroad aren't as fresh and tasty.
Most are chemicals after adding enough preser.... no wonder most of dem dey sick sha.
