This issue is from INEC and not the senator. He did not forge anything. I am having similar challenge presently. I have my voters card which I have used to vote sometimes in the past, I even used it to open an account which the bank verified then.

Presently when I log in my details on INEC portal, it tells me it does not exist. I think this happened when INEC cleared their register or something. Some data were wiped off their data base

But a heads up, he was the only governor that met the MDG in health education and Human Capital Development ( Go and verify) MDG acknowledge his efforts then.
