@op, you forgot to mention other foods like beans, maize, etc. To get all the required nutrients in your meal, do not peel off your beans. Those of you that make moi moi or bean cake. A lot of us throw them away for animals and call them chaff, the irony is that we're eating the chaff while the animals are eating the better part of the nutrients. If you do that, just observe those goat and sheep you throw the 'so called chaff' to, check and see how ROBUST they look. I know it's difficult to do that, because we watch our parent peel off those stuff and term them as chaff. Believe it or not, If you grew up in a place where your parent eat everything, you will also follow suit. I stopped sieving the cereal for pap, tried eating everything of water melon including the seeds the day i got enlightened. It's not pleasant but i just have to, inorder to be fresh and young. The outcome comes with a glowing skin. My two cents advise, to remain healthy, you have to dö the unthinkable. I have to write this long epistle so that you will stop deceiving yöur self and stop wasting your money by eating chaff and throwing away the nutrients. Inquire from a nutritionist if you don't believe this.
