@EnnyP, I noticed the panel in the closed office take more time interviewing candidates. I think the drilling is to push candidates to the corner. Imagine the were asking things i know are not practicable in Banking and they want me to accept it. I stood my ground and told them its not possible.

I was also called yesterday for an interview @ 51/55 Broad Street lagos. We were about 20 candidates. The interview went well but serious drilling.
I had to argue with the interview panel.

I ve my HND some yrs ago and because of the discrimination i'm made to work in one of the Banks using my N.D.
I worked for 2 years but i had to quit the job and go back to school for my BSC.
So, fellow HND brother " if u cant bet them, pls. join them."

My friend i want to say u have no knowlege on how an ATM works. First, no staff in any bank has authority to withdraw cash from ur account.  And secondly the ATM debit ur a/c b/4 dispencing cash, sometimes when there a break in communication (that is after ur a/c has been debited and b/4 the machine dispence cash) you discover that cash was not paid to you and still your a/c is been debited for the intended amount.
The ATM machine is configured in such a way that it effects reversals of such transactions. But if other wish the machine fail to effect reversal - A MANUAL REVERSAL is effected in the branch where the machine is domicile after the officer in charge of reconciling the machine must have ascertained that there was a debit and cash not dispence and that the customer is withdrawing from an a/c domciled in that bank.
It the customer belongs to another bank, he has to go to any branch of his bank and make his complain, his bank will forward the complian thru interswicth and the rest is soughted out between them. and i assure you that once your claim is real, your a/c will be credited.

Gud u are getting hints but have this in mind " ur interview depends on ur interviewer". there are no two interview that are the same.
so, my advice is:
1- Dress well. black siut, blue shirt and a red tie.
2-Be brief in responding to questions.
3-Smile inbetween intervals.
4-Look straight into ur interviewer eye and make him/her see the seriousness in you when ever u are talking to him/her.
5- etc
